although i had no appointment they squeezed me ( my GLK ) in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem (some lamp and warning)with my Mercedes yesterday. I arived at service 15.50, ten minutes before closing time. Althou they had service full off cars , Mr.Giorgos Kalantidis took my keys and promised he wil stay after his working hours to solve problem, becouse I had my children and wife with me. After 1 hour they fixed the problem and I was safe to cary on with my journey.
I am stuned with the gesture and level of profesionality. Than you again Mr.Giorgos Kalantidis.
I am recomending this service to every Mercedes owner.????????
