Α	Αγγελικη Κουτσιοσμηνακη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηρα σημερα τηλεφωνο και ζητησα να με δει καρδιολογος..Μου ειπανε δυσκολο για σημερα λογω των πολλων ραντεβου κ επειδη τους ειπα ειναι επειγον μου κλεισανε ραντεβου μεσα σε 1ωρα!Αψογη εξυπηρετηση και ανταποκριθηκανε αμεσως σε οτι ζητησα!Απο τα καλυτερα διαγνωστικα κεντρα! I got a phone call today and asked to see a cardiologist..they told me it was difficult for today due to the many appointments and because I told them it was urgent they made an appointment for me within 1 hour! Flawless service and they responded immediately to what I asked for!

Απλά τραγικό You make an appointment for a magnet and two days later they call you to tell you that they do not have a suitable machine. Just tragic

Έλεος! Επίσης όταν έχει πολύ κόσμο, εξυπηρετεί μόνο η μία κοπέλα και η άλλη ασχολείται με τον υπολογιστή... I had gone for a rapid test at noon and it was not crowded. I went to the counter and the two girls were talking and I was waiting for them to finish the conversation to serve me. Mercy! Also when it is very crowded, only one girl serves and the other deals with the computer ...
T	Tasos Karatasios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την γραμματεία. Αντιδρούν ανάλογα με τη διάθεση που προκαλεί η ουρά των ανθρώπων που περιμένουν να εξυπηρετηθούν. Για 50 ευρώ Test PCR θα έπρεπε να έχουν περισσότερο κόσμο να εργάζεται, περισσότερη διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και φυσικά να θυμούνται τι ακριβώς επέλεξαν να κάνουν ως εργασιακή απασχόληση. Ειδικά η ξανθιά γραμματέας έχει απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά σε αντίθεση με την μελαχρινή. Ο καθένας αναλαμβάνει τις ευθύνες του. Μακριά πολύ όμως Unacceptable behavior by the secretariat. They react depending on the mood of the people waiting to be served. For 50 euros PCR Test they should have more people working, more willing to serve and of course remember exactly what they chose to do as a job. Especially the blonde secretary has unacceptable behavior in contrast to the brunette. Everyone takes their responsibilities. But far away though
I	Ioanna M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα εχθές για rapid και pcr. Περίμενα αρκετή ώρα στη ρεσεψιόν γιατί δούλευαν μόνο δύο κοπέλες και απαντούσαν και τηλέφωνα ταυτόχρονα. Το βασικό όμως ήταν ότι ο κύριος που έκανε το τεστ με πόνεσε υπερβολικά πολύ και μάτωσε η μύτη μου (έχω κάνει πολλά τεστ και από διαφορετικά άτομα και δεν το έχω ξαναπαθει ). I went yesterday for rapid and pcr. I waited a long time at the reception because only two girls were working and answering phones at the same time. But the main thing was that the gentleman who did the test hurt me too much and killed my nose (I have done many tests from different people and I have not suffered from it again).
I	Irene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς πολύ ανεπαρκής στην εξυπηρέτηση. Μεγάλη αναμονή για το τίποτα. Δεν θα το πρότεινα κ ας είναι το μόνο στην Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια, θα προτιμήσω να πάω οπουδήποτε αλλού. Μη επαγγελματική γενική εικόνα, λυπάμαι. Σε δημόσια δομή έχω εξυπηρετηθεί και καλύτερα. 40 λεπτά αναμονή για τα αποτελέσματα για ένα ραπιντ τεστ. Στο οποίο έγινε και λάθος δυο φορές στην περιγραφή ενώ ήμουν πολυ ξεκάθαρη στο τι ακριβως χρειαζόταν να γραφτεί και στο σοβαρό λόγο που το χρειάζομαι για ταξίδι στο εξωτερικό! Ωρα έκδοσης 10:28, ώρα παράδοσης 11:15. Είναι δυνατόν; αναρωτιέμαι. Επίσης η ξανθια κυρια στην γραμματεία ήταν αγενής και με άλλους ανθρώπους από ότι είδα την ώρα που περίμενα. Λίγο σεβασμός παραπάνω δεν βλάπτει κανένα. Ίσα ίσα θα σου φτιάξει την διάθεση, κοίταξε το. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν περίμενα τέτοια συμπεριφορά από ιδιωτικό κέντρο. Αν θέλετε να ανεβείτε επίπεδο καλό θα ήταν να δώσετε βάση στο προσωπικό που προσλαμβάνεται. Unfortunately very inadequate in service. Long wait for nothing. I would not recommend it even though it is the only one in New Philadelphia, I would prefer to go anywhere else. Unprofessional general picture, sorry. In a public structure I have been served even better. 40 minutes waiting for the results for a rapid test. In which a mistake was made twice in the description while I was very clear in what exactly needed to be written and in the serious reason that I need it for a trip abroad! Release time 10:28, delivery time 11:15. Possible; I wonder. Also the blonde lady in the secretariat was rude to other people from what I saw while I was waiting. A little more respect does not hurt anyone. It will just set your mood, look at it. In short, I did not expect such behavior from a private center. If you want to level up it would be good to give a base to the staff that is hired.

The receptionists were extremely helpful by doing their best to find a slot and giving clear preparation instructions over the phone. They were welcoming and efficient from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Michele who conducted the test is an absolute professional who explained everything to my daughter in real time thus putting her at ease and providing all followup instructions. He also took the time to present the results to me again which could be accessed online in just a couple of hours. My previous visits to Medical Care have, in fact, been very positive experiences (inasmuch as medical tests can be!) from the phlebotomists to specialist cardiologist Dr Xynopoulos who has examined both me and my daughter.
