Μ εκαναν μια εφαρμογή μέικ απ και επειδή εχω ξηρή επιδερμίδα και δεν έστρωσε σωστα το μέικ απ, εκραξαν την κρέμα που χρησιμοποιώ... Και εκτος αυτου με έβαψαν λιγο χαλια... Carpets ... Girls are what they are. They made me a make-up application and because I have dry skin and the make-up did not apply properly, they blew the cream I use ... And besides that, they painted me some carpets ...

Πολύ χαμογελάστες και εξυπηρετικές παρόλο η ώρα ήταν 16.00! Μπράβο τους! Very happy with the girls. Today I went for the first time and they treated me well and they gave me exactly what I needed. Very smiling and helpful though the time was 16.00! Well done for them!

Η εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα είναι άψογη!!! Η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος, η Σοφία, είναι εξαιρετική επαγγελματίας. Το ίδιο και η Μαρίνα! Όλες τις φορές που μου έχουν προτείνει προϊόντα έχουν καλύψει επαρκώς τις ανάγκες μου, όπως τους τις περιγράφω κάθε φορά. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν μου έχουν προτείνει προϊόντα προκειμένου να πετύχουν μια ευκαιριακή πώληση. Είναι εξαιρετικό ότι εκτός από την άμεση εφαρμογή των προϊόντων από τους professional makeup artists, βάζουν σε βαζάκι ποσότητα προϊόντος ( foundation, primer, κρέμες) για μια προσωπική εφαρμογή. Με βολεύει απίστευτα το γεγονός ότι μου παρέχουν αυτή την δυνατότητα, αφού ο τρόπος που θα εφαρμόσω εγώ το εκάστοτε προϊόν απέχει πολύ από τον τρόπο που το εφαρμόζει η επαγγελματίας. Δυστυχώς είμαι πολύ δυσαρεστημένη από το E SHOP της εταιρείας. Όταν παρέλαβα προϊόντα που αγοράζω αρκετά χρόνια από τα φυσικά καταστήματα και γνωρίζω πολύ καλά στην συσκευασία τους, προς έκπληξη μου ήταν "εκτός συσκευασίας". Το foundation ήταν χωρίς το κουτί του, η πούδρα το ίδιο. Επίσης από την πούδρα έλειπε το πλαστικό προστατευτικό από το εσωτερικό. Όταν επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το e shop, αμέσως μετά την παραλαβή από την courier προκειμένου να τους ενημερώσω, η υπάλληλος κυριολεκτικά τρελάθηκε. Με απίστευτη αγένεια και επικριτικά μου είπε ότι έχω χρησιμοποιήσει τα προϊόντα και ότι δεν δικαιούμαι ούτε αντικατάσταση ούτε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Εξήγησα ότι ο λόγος που επικοινωνούσα δεν ήταν ούτε για να ζητήσω επιστροφή χρημάτων ούτε αντικατάσταση, αλλα απλά για να τους πληροφορήσω. Επίσης έστειλα email με φωτογραφίες αλλά ουδέποτε έλαβα απάντηση. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας! They are truly one of the best cosmetics companies !!! Toiletries, brushes, makeup products, all perfect !!! The service in the shop is impeccable !!! The store manager, Sofia, is an excellent professional. So does Marina! Every time they have suggested products to me they have adequately met my needs as I describe them every time. Under no circumstances have I been offered products to achieve a bargain sale. It is great that besides the immediate application of the products by professional makeup artists, they put in a jar a quantity of product (foundation, primer, creams) for a personal application. I am incredibly pleased that they give me this opportunity, since the way I apply the product is far from the way the professional applies it. Unfortunately I'm very dissatisfied with the company's E SHOP. When I received products that I had been purchasing for many years from physical stores and knew very well in their packaging, it was surprisingly "out of the box". The foundation was without its box, the powder itself. Powder also lacked the plastic inner protection. When I contacted the e shop by phone, shortly after I received it courier to let them know, the employee was literally crazy. With incredible rigor and criticism he told me that I have used the products and that I am entitled to neither replacement nor refund. I explained that the reason I was contacted was not to ask for a refund or replacement, but simply to inform them. I also emailed with photos but never received a reply. The conclusion is yours to make!

Αφαιρώ δύο αστέρια για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα γιατί οι πωλητριες έχουν τουπέ και αν φαίνεται πως δεν είσαι σίγουρη για το τι και αν θα αγοράσεις σε ξεπετάνε στα γρήγορα για να ασχοληθούν με άλλους πελάτες.. καθόλου εξυπηρετικές.. Mac in general has high quality products, especially when it comes to lipsticks. I remove two stars for the specific store because the saleswomen have toupee and if it seems that you are not sure about what and if you will buy, they will rush you to deal with other customers .. not at all helpful ..
