c	chrissaap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο φωτισμός στο μαγαζί ήταν απαίσιος! Ήταν πολύ σκοτεινά και τα φώτα τρεμοπαιζαν. Δεν μπορούσα να δω τις σωστες αποχρώσεις των προϊόντων. Το μαγαζί έχει μέγεθος περιπτέρου. Δεν μπορείς να κινηθείς στους μικρούς διαδρόμους. Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν αδιάφορη και ούτε καν ήξερε βασικές πληροφορίες για τα προϊόντα. Κρίμα. The lighting in the shop was awful! It was very dark and the lights were flickering. I couldn't see the right shades of the products. The shop has a kiosk size. You can't move in the small corridors. The girl who served me was indifferent and didn't even know basic product information. Pity.

Όταν μάλιστα είπα ότι ψωνίζω για μια φίλη μου, ζητούσε το όνομα και το τηλέφωνό της. Λίγο ακόμα να επέμενε, θα σηκωνόμουν να φύγω. Μήπως θα πρέπει οι εταιρείες να γίνουν πιο διακριτικές και λιγότερο επιθετικές προς τους πελάτες; Έχει καταντήσει αηδία τόση παρακολούθηση και αγένεια πια. In a recent purchase I was annoyed because the saleswoman insisted, even though I did not want to give her my details to open a tab and register my purchases there. In fact, when I said I was shopping for a friend, she asked for her name and phone number. If he insisted a little more, I would get up to leave. Should companies become more discreet and less aggressive towards customers? It has become disgusting so much watching and rude now.

Με βοήθησε πολύ σε ότι απορία είχα σχετικά με τα προϊόντα. Αν θυμάμαι καλά τον λένε Dimitri και τον ευχαριστώ The child who served me was willing to help me without ever forcing me to buy something he liked. It helped me a lot in any question I had about the products. If I remember correctly they call him Dimitri and I thank him

I had a good experience overall at this particular store, but at my latest visit one of the staff told me off for picking some packaged products myself, which I was going to buy. She thought I was using them as testers, when clearly I was not. I had tested the testers beforehand, but obviously she didn't see this. I explained this but she just kept on insisting, and frankly she was extremely rude. Thankfully two other lovely ladies, one of which was a store manager assisted me and helped me out with my purchases. The products are good but customer care was dismal.
