X	Xaris Xaritoudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Περί ανθρωπιάς" Έτυχε να περνάω έξω από την αντιπροσωπεία την 25/6/21 οδηγώντας άλλης μάρκας όχημα και κατάλαβα ότι ο κινητήρας παρουσίαζε πρόβλημα. Έστριψα στο συνεργείο(θεωρώντας τον εαυτό μου τυχερό που με βρήκε εκεί η βλάβη) και ζήτησα από τον υπεύθυνο του συνεργείου κάποιος τεχνικός να ακούσει τον κινητήρα επειδή δεν δούλευε φυσιολογικά και να μου πει μια γνώμη.Το αυτοκίνητό μου το είχα σταματήσει δέκα μέτρα από την είσοδο του συνεργείου.Δεν ζήτησα ούτε να μου το φτιάξουν ,ούτε το χρόνο τους να σπαταλήσουν. Σκέφθηκα ότι ένας τεχνικός ίσως μπορούσε να με βοηθήσει με τη γνώμη του αν σπαταλούσε στην κυριολεξία ένα λεπτό. Με λύπη μου διαπίστωσα την άρνηση του υπεύθυνου. Και λέω με λύπη μου γιατί είμαι πελάτης της εταιρείας και αυτό το έκανα γνωστό στον παραπάνω. Το 2015 αγόρασα (στο όνομα της συζύγου μου) το opel mokka από την αντιπροσωπεία σας, ενώ διαμένω σε άλλη πόλη και έκανα στο συνεργείο σας 2-3 σέρβις (τα άλλα σέρβις τα έκανα στην πόλη που διαμένω).Επίσης έκανα και κάποια δουλειά κάτω στο λαμαρινάδικο.Τώρα αναρωτιέμαι πως είναι δυνατόν να ξανάρθω ως πελάτης στο σέρβις είτε για άλλη αγορά. Για το λόγω του αληθές, αν μου ζητηθεί ,μπορώ να σας κάνω γνωστά τα στοιχεία του mokka που έχω στην κατοχή μου. Τι να πω...!! "About humanity" I happened to pass outside the dealership on 25/6/21 driving another brand of vehicle and I realized that the engine had a problem. I turned to the garage (considering myself lucky that the fault found me there) and asked the garage technician to listen to the engine because it was not working normally and give me an opinion. I had stopped my car ten meters from the entrance of the workshop. I did not ask them to fix it for me, nor to waste their time. I thought a technician might be able to help me with his opinion if he was literally wasting a minute. With regret I found the refusal of the person in charge. And I say with regret because I am a customer of the company and I made this known to the above. In 2015 I bought (in the name of my wife) the opel mokka from your dealership, while I live in another city and I did 2-3 services in your workshop (I did the other services in the city where I live). I also did some work below Now I wonder how it is possible to come back as a customer to the service or for another purchase. Because of the truth, if I am asked, I can let you know the details of the mokka I have in my possession. What to say...!!
