★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here last year lovely friendly family hotel food was lovely full English breakfast tasty only down side is showers and running water in your room we had to wait few hours to have a shower because of guests using showers same time but I would definitely stay herd again it's central and we hired push bikes for the 2 weeks to go around we went to different villages both ways nice to have pit stops on your way we have been going to Hanioti boutique 7 years we love it there . I am looking to book this hotel now for August but I need to see which company is flying from Bristol .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here few years ago! It was nice and restful place! I like swimming pool a lot! Quiet and on good position in Chaniotis! 2-3 markets are near and fast food also. You can par on two sides of hotel if you came with car. Housekeeper is also nice.

Bath old, always stinky. In the kitchen you can feel bad smell in closet because of humidity. Women who cleans the room- totally unfriendly!!!
People play music during all day and night- disrespectfull for other guests. Wifi is 8e per mobile for 10 days. Towels for guests dirty.

Agencija Oktopod- busevi neudobni, sa klimom koja jedva radi. Pakao. Totalno razocarenje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got an apartment downstairs although we explicitly emphasized when we booked this apartment that we DO NOT WANT TO BE downstairs. However, when we arrived, the owner did not honor the agreement we had. Air conditioning and internet are paid extra (air conditioning 5 euros per day, internet 1 euro per day), which is much more than we expected. The room that was next to the main entrance, there was no intimacy at all, both on the terrace and inside. The bathroom has not been renovated and is bad. The internet was very weak and was breaking down sometimes. The apartment has NOT been cleaned ONCE during our stay there. Towels were replaced once, but not sheets. The owner was very rude when we left the apartment, she did not allow us to pack in peace, but immediately started cleaning. I do not recommend this apartment.
