Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν αρχικά πολύ καλό αλλά ήθελε συνέχεια συντήρηση σε πολύ πιο σύντομο διάστημα από αυτό που είχα ενημερωθεί από την εταιρία ακολουθώντας κατά κόρον τις οδηγίες τους και κάνοντας τις συντηρήσεις μόνο στους κομμωτές της MACO.
Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική καθώς σε ο,τι ερώτημα είχα μου απαντούσαν γενικά και αβέβαια, πράγμα απαράδεκτο δεδομένου του κόστους και της φήμης του καταστήματος! Το αποτέλεσμα καλό, ωστόσο μπορεί κάνεις να βρει το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα και ποιότητα και σε άλλες εταιρίες συστημάτων μαλλιών!
I was a customer of MACO in Athens for almost a year! The result was initially very good but it required constant maintenance in a much shorter period of time than I had been informed by the company, following their instructions to the fullest and doing the maintenance only on MACO hairdressers.
The service was extremely unprofessional as the question I had was answered in general and uncertain, which is unacceptable given the cost and reputation of the store! The result is good, however you can find the same result and quality in other hair systems companies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me over a year to find a professional business dealing with hair systems. I went to MACO last week, and all I can say is they made a great job there. My haircut is very nice, the system works well, and I am very well-informed and well-packed with goods by the staff Manos (Barber) and Alexandra. I wanted to have a hairy system a while ago, but I had to postpone my travels because of the pandemic. In the meantime, Makis still took me seriously and always treated me as a customer should be treated.
Their online support team is also helpful and friendly.
I don't actually write any reviews on Google, but this company and above all the great team have to be supported. You do a great job!
