Έ	Έφη Λέκ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα κάτι με 50 ευρω σε περίοδο εκπτώσεων και όταν πήγα να το αλλάξω, πήρα κάτι άλλο με αξία 40 ευρώ και μου ζήτησαν να τους δώσω ακόμα 10 ευρω, γιατί η αρχική τιμή του πρώτου ήταν 70 ευρω ενώ του δεύτερου ρούχου 80 ευρω. Πανω απ ολα ομως, θα μεινω στη συμπεριφορά που ήταν απαράδεκτη. I bought something for 50 euros during a discount period and when I went to change it, I got something else worth 40 euros and they asked me to give them another 10 euros, because the initial price of the first was 70 euros while the second clothes 80 euros. But above all, I will stick to the behavior that was unacceptable.
n	ntiana ND on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο προσωπικό ειδικά οι ιδιοκτήτες δεν σε βλέπουν σαν πελάτη που θα ήθελαν να το εξυπηρετήσουν και να φύγει ικανοποιημένο αλλά σαν έναν πορτοφόλι που κοιτάνε την τσέπη σου και προσπαθούσαν να σου πασάρουν με το ζόρι και άλλα κομμάτια για να αγοράσεις. Τα ρούχα πολύ κακής ποιότητας. Θα μπορούσα να πω ότι ήταν και κινεζιες που απλά άλλαξαν τα ταμπελακια... Ρούχα από την Τουρκία, αισχος. Λυπάμαι πολύ. Unacceptable staff especially the owners do not see you as a customer who would like to serve it and leave satisfied but as a wallet that looks at your pocket and tried to force you to buy other pieces. The clothes are of very poor quality. I could say that they were also Chinese who just changed the labels ... Clothes from Turkey, shame on you. I'm so sorry.

Όταν αγοράζεις είναι μέσα στην ευγένεια και αν τυχόν τους επιστρέψεις κάτι ελαττωματικό αντιμετωπίζεις ψυχρότητα και αγένεια, και φυσικά αναφέρομαι στην υπεύθυνη. Πήγα στο μαγαζί να επιστρέψω ένα πουλόβερ που μάζεψε πολύ στο πλύσιμο και δεν φοριέται. Το είδε αλλά προσπαθούσε να με πείσει ότι είναι πολύ ωραίο, καλή ποιότητα και έπρεπε να το σιδερώσω έτσι ώστε να μακρύνει! Κλαίω τα χρήματα γιατί το έβαλα μια μόνο φορά και κοστισε 50 ευρώ. Ούτε απέξω απο ένα τέτοιο μαγαζί δεν θα ξαναπεράσω γιατί ευτυχώς υπάρχουν σωστοί επιχειρηματίες που σέβονται τον πελάτη και εκτιμούν τα χρήματα που τους αφήνει. Απορώ με τόσες αρνητικές κριτικές πώς επιβιώνει αυτό το μαγαζί. Unacceptable service! When you buy it is in the courtesy and if you return something defective to them you face coldness and rudeness, and of course I am referring to the person in charge. I went to the store to return a sweater that picked up a lot in the wash and is not worn. He saw it but was trying to convince me that it is very nice, good quality and I had to iron it so that it goes away! I cry for the money because I put it in only once and it cost 50 euros. I will not go out of such a store again because fortunately there are good businessmen who respect the customer and appreciate the money he leaves them. I wonder with so many negative reviews how this store survives.
K	KATIA V K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! Bought a 100€ Ralph Lauren joggers (+ 100€ RL hoodie and 60€ scarf). The guy put me a wrong size - he was very curious about where am I from and kept asking loads of questions which is not of his business instead of doing his job right. I left Arachova that night and headed back home to my island. Discovered his mistake only at home. Called the shop, another guy answered, I explained the whole story, so he offered to send it to their other shop in Athens for a return. I have sent it with the shipping cost paid by them (cause that was THEIR mistake!!!) but they didn’t accept the parcel - didn’t want to pay. Another rude person contacted me with silly questions trying to guilt trip me for that and said they are not paying the postage. It returned back to me, so I had to pay 13,5€ and get that wrong size back. Wasted my time and money. Oh, I didn’t mention - the clothes have a strong smoke smell as they smoke inside the shop. SHAME!!!
