Και εγώ έκανα την εξής ερώτηση.γτ δεν με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα αργήσει τόσο να παραγγείλω από αλλού . Η απάντηση επική. Λόγο φόρτου εργασίας δεν είναι υποχρεωμένοι να ενημερώσουν τους πελάτες ότι θα φάνε μετά από δύο ώρες.καθαρα επαγγελματίες. Και πρώτη φορά που δεν ήταν προσεγμένο το γεύμα. Πρώτη φορά στα χρονικά με αναγκασατε να βάλω αρνητικό σχόλιο σε καταστήμα. Καταλαβαίνω την κούραση σας. Αλλά να εκτιμάται και τν πελάτη ότι πληρώνει πεινάει και δεν είναι υποχρεωμένος να περιμένει 2 ώρες για να φάει . Waiting time 85 minutes after 90 minutes I called to see what happens with the order. Από το app των madwok στα σχόλια είχα γράψει ότι η πληρωμή θα γίνει με κάρτα και έρχεται ο deliveras μετά από μια ώρα με καθυστέρηση και μου λέει ότι δεν εχει pos του λέω έχω γράψει στα σχόλια ότι θα γίνει πληρωμή με κάρτα εκείνος μου είπε ότι δεν εχουν pos και ότι ευθύνεται αυτος που κόβει τις παραγγελίες βγαζω 50 ευρο για παραγγελία 41.70 και μου λεει δεν έχω ρεστα μου κραταει 45 και μετά περνώ τηλέφωνο στο μαγαζι του Κολωνού και του λέω τι γράφει στα σχόλια της παραγγελίας και μου λέει ότι δεν βλέπει σχόλια με τα πολλά τα βλέπει και βλέπει ότι έχω γραψει για κάρτα και η απάντηση του ήταν το κοματι με τα σχόλια το έχει φάει το μηχάνημα. Αλήθεια είστε σοβαρό καταστημα? Η ενημέρωση προς τον πελάτη που ειναι? Καμία ενημέρωση και εννοείται ότι δεν θα ξαναπάρω. Not a single star is worth the order made an hour to come. One of the best ethnic cuisines I have ever tasted! And fast Delivery but also in take away they served me immediately! I highly recommend Sushi without fear! ?
