★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είχαν τον αναδιπλούμενο κάδο στο σάιτ μου έστειλαν άλλο προϊόν . Ένα άλλο προϊόν ήρθε ελαττωματικό.. Όταν επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο βιαστικά λέγοντας μου ότι θα με πάρουν όταν βρουν τη παραγγελία μου και δουν τι έγινε .Αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ . Θεωρώ ότι εξαπατήθηκα γιατί άλλο διαφήμιζαν και άλλο έστειλαν .
 While they had the folding bucket on the site they sent me another product. Another product came faulty .. When I contacted them they hung up on me, telling me that they would pick me up when they found my order and see what happened. It never happened. I think I was deceived because they advertised something else and sent something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα 7 φωτιστικά τα οποία ήρθαν λάθος. Στα μηνύματα που έστελνα ποτέ δεν πήρα απάντηση. Μίλησα τηλεφωνικώς μαζί τους μετά από αρκετές προσπάθειες κατάφερα και μίλησα με τον υπεύθυνο και μου υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα το διορθώσουν. Περιμένω από τις 20 Δεκεμβρίου και μέχρι σήμερα 05-Φλεβάρη δεν έχει γίνει τίποτα, ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο να μου πουν μια δικαιολογία. Κρίμα... τι άλλο να πω;
I ordered 7 lamps that were wrong. I never received a reply to the messages I sent. I spoke to them over the phone after several attempts and I spoke with the manager and they promised me they would fix it. I have been waiting since December 20th and until today 05th February nothing has been done, not even a phone to tell me an excuse. Too bad ... what else can I say?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απιστευτη εξυπηρέτηση που δεν εχω ξανασυναντησει! Δε θα μπω σε λεπτομέρειες, αλλα το σιγουρο ειναι πως ολα τα δωρακια απο εδω και περα θα ειναι απο αυτο το καταστημα! Γιατι δεν ειναι μονο η εξυπηρέτηση, αλλα και η τεταστια ποικιλια σε πρωτοτυπα δωρα που θα εντυπωσιασουν!
