Ειμαι ( τωρα πια ημουν) 10 χρονια ασθενης του ιατρειου Φιωτακη-Καραμπελα και οταν πηρα τηλεφωνο να κανω μια ερωτηση η απαντηση που πηρα με πολυ αποτομο τροπο ειναι οτι πρεπει να κλεισω ραντεβου!! Για ενα φαρμακο που μου ειχε γραψει η γιατρος και καταργηθηκε πρεπει να πληρωσω επισκεψη για να με ενημερωσουν τι μπορω να παρω σαν εναλλακτικη λυση... πραγματικα απογοητευηκα
In general, I never get into the process of writing a negative review, but I find what happens unacceptable.
I have been (now I was) a patient of the Fiotaki-Karabela doctor's office for 10 years and when I got on the phone to ask a question the answer I got in a very abrupt way is that I have to make an appointment !! For a medicine that my doctor prescribed and it was discontinued I have to pay a visit to be informed what I can take as an alternative ... I was really disappointed
