Άλλο ζήτησα άλλο κατάλαβαν και μετά από όλη αυτήν την κακή συνεννόηση η απάντηση ήταν πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα παρά θα έπρεπε να πληρώσω και να πάρω τα προϊόντα ακόμα και αν δεν ήταν αυτά που ζήτησα αφού είχαν φτιαχτεί! Unacceptable service for their own mistakes we are forced to pay. I asked for something else, they understood and after all this bad communication the answer was that they can do nothing but I would have to pay and get the products even if they were not what I asked for after they were made!

Λάθη γίνονται και είναι σεβαστό αλλά θεωρώ απαράδεκτο πως αναγκάστηκα να πληρώσω και τα δύο προϊόντα λόγω αυτής της παρεξήγησης ενώ εγώ ζήτησα μόνο το ένα! I asked for an after shave the clerk obviously got it wrong and made me two different products. Mistakes are made and it is respected but I find it unacceptable that I had to pay for both products due to this misunderstanding while I only asked for one!

Αυτό δεν συμβαίνει πιά...παρόλο που πάντα επιλέγω το ενισχυμένο... Τότε που το κατάστημα άνοιξε,δεν υπήρχαν άλλα του ίδιου είδους. Τώρα όμως υπάρχουν πολλά,κι αυτό θα πρέπει να το λάβουν σοβαρά υπ'όψιν τους οι ιδιοκτήτες. Το σχόλιό μου αυτό είναι απόλυτα καλοπροαίρετο... This store was adored from the beginning!
