Είναι πραγματικά σημαντικό να συναντάς ανθρώπους με γνώσεις, που αγαπούν τη δουλειά τους και την υπηρετούν με μεράκι! Οι τιμές πολύ καλές και πολλές οι δυνατότητες επιλογής για όλα τα γούστα.

Πριν μιση ωρα μπηκα και το παιδι μου έσπασε μια κούκλα που ειχε αρχικη τιμη 72 € και κατεβαινε 36 € με την έκπτωση. Η κοπέλα με εβαλε να την πληρώσω. Ειχα διαλέξει κάτι που έκανε 20 € και όταν της είπα να μου τα κάνει τουλάχιστον 50 € αντί για 56 € ή να πληρώσω τουλάχιστον το κόστος της και όχι ολη την τιμή,μου ειπε οτι είναι ήδη σε έκπτωση και δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι παραπάνω από το αναγραφομενο ποσο. Σημειωτέον ήταν μια κούκλα με πορσελανινο κεφάλι και το σώμα πανί. Εννοείται πηρα μονο την κουκλα και τίποτα άλλο.

I bought a few things from this shop and I asked a worker if I can return what I bought the next days, she told me yes, finally came to return goods for 200 euro and they refused to return my money. Very sad, because I could spend these 200 euro and more in this shop with a pleasure, but I will not come to this shop again((( RE: Hello! In the shop I asked the worker if I will be able to RETURN a product, and I also claryfyed to her that I often see that local shops are not excepting the returners but they ask you to exchange goods, and it's not what I wanted. That was my concern I shared with her before my purchase. This what I told you on the phone as well, so please don't change my words, I'm very positive in what I've asked. Telling me that I was yelling is very rude of you. I was upset, of cause I was, this situation is not pleasant for me at all. I came to you shop to buy things, and not to waist my time. The miscommunication happened, it's ok, it can happen, but you refused to take a responsibility for mistake of your worker and further insulting me. I would spend more money in your shop with a pleasure, but your service unfortunately became very poor when it came to a problem. By the way the worker I talked in the shop was very nice to me. The person I was talking on the phone and the one replying here is a different person. Very rude. Good luck.
