You book an excursion, you arrange your work, you prepare a suitcase and on the last day he tells you that we are full and we can not take you ....

Απορώ πως λειτουργεί το γραφείο αυτό τόσα χρόνια... Unacceptable and instead professional behavior! You literally stay with the suitcase in your hand a few hours before your planned trip !!! I wonder how this office works for so many years ...
E	Elisavet Konstantinidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίες εκδρομές!! Το τουριστικό γραφείο διοργανώνει πολύ ωραίες εκδρομές τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Οι εκδρομές μπορεί να είναι ατομικές ή ομαδικές. Πολλές από τις εκδρομές με γκρούπ ξεκινούν από τη Δράμα ενώ σε άλλες πρέπει να πας Θεσσαλονίκη. Έχει τακτικές εκδρομές τα διάφορα τριήμερα, τα Χριστούγεννα, το Πάσχα, το καλοκαίρι αλλά και στη διάρκεια του έτους, κυρίως τα Σαββατοκύριακα. Very nice excursions !! The tourist office organizes very nice excursions both in Greece and abroad. Excursions can be individual or group. Many of the group excursions start from Drama while in others you have to go to Thessaloniki. It has regular excursions on various three days, Christmas, Easter, summer and throughout the year, especially on weekends.

Έκανα κράτηση κ προπληρωμή κανονικά κ είπαν θα τηλεφωνήσουν πριν το ταξίδι να μου πουν λεπτομέρειες επειδή δεν ήταν σίγουρη για την ώρα αναχώρησης 5 ή 6 το πρωί ,πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Το λεωφορείο , πολυτελές, όπως έγραφαν ήταν ένα παλιό που ταρακουνουσε κ έτρεμε ολόκληρο σε κάθε λακούβα κ ο οδηγός του κάθε άλλο παρά ευγενικός. Η κυρία που μας συνόδευε είχε όλη την καλή διάθεση κ ήταν επαγγελματίας αλλά φανερά κουρασμενη. Δεν θα τους προτιμήσω στο μέλλον. I went to Edirne with this agency. I made a reservation and prepayment normally and they said they would call before the trip to tell me details because she was not sure about the departure time 5 or 6 in the morning, which never happened. The bus, luxurious, as they wrote, was an old one that shook and trembled all over every puddle and its driver was anything but polite. The lady who accompanied us was in a good mood and was professional but obviously tired. I will not prefer them in the future.
