When we booked this house, we had a lot of wishes - two bathrooms, pet friendly, full fence around the property (for pets), no swimming pool, as close to the sea as possible... This property fulfilled all our requests and much more. The house is very nice and clean, with three big bedrooms, a very large and cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a barbecue place, two patios (the one we liked most, right at the BBQ) and a large yard with trees and grass where children and pets can play. It was a great place to stay for two families with children and dogs. Pets are more than welcome, the owners like animals. The house is positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, the traffic on the street in front of the house was so low that we could use it as a badminton court in the evenings. The shops and beaches are in walking range (5 -25 mins walk, depending on where you want to go), yet we used the car because of the heat, children and the uphill return. The hosts, Makis and Dimitra, were very friendly and nice to our group. They knew our daughter will have her birthday on the day of arrival, so they awaited us with a great birthday cake, beer and juice. They tried (and succeeded) to make us as comfortable and safe as possible, showing us around the area, Kavala, Nea Peramos, fish market, they even cooked for us one evening. For us, they were for sure an important ingredient in this beautiful Greece holiday which just ended. Quote of the holiday - "It's easy..." (Makis Pavlidis).
