★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Παραγγελία έγινε στις 20:30 και η παραλαβή έγινε στις 21:32, χωρις να με καλέσουν για ενημέρωση ότι θα καθυστερήσει, αρχικά είχαν πει για παραλαβή σε μισή ώρα. Κάλεσα εγώ στις 21:15 και τότε με ενημέρωσαν (ζητώντας συγνώμη παντως και με ευγενικό τρόπο) ότι υπάρχει καθυστερηση λόγω κάποιου θεματος με τον οδηγό. Είχα αφήσει τηλέφωνο να καλέσουν για να ανοίξω το οποίο ήταν σημειωμένο πάνω στην σακούλα με τις κρέπες (για να μην ξυπνήσουν τα παιδιά από το κουδούνι) αλλά ο κύριος που τις έφερε χτύπησε κουδούνι κανονικά και επίσης δεν έκανε κανένα σχόλιο γιατί το γεγονός ότι υπήρξε πολύ καθυστέρηση. Οι κρέπες ήρθαν χλιαρές.
The order was placed at 20:30 and the collection was made at 21:32, without calling me for information that it would be delayed, they had initially said for collection in half an hour. I called at 21:15 and then they informed me (apologizing anyway and in a polite way) that there is a delay due to some issue with the driver. I had left a phone call to open which was marked on the bag with the crepes (so that the children would not wake up from the bell) but the gentleman who brought them rang the bell normally and also did not comment because the fact that there was a lot delay. The crepes came warm.
