★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με κοροϊδεύουν από 29/6 για επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου από παραγγελία, για την αλλαγή της οποίας οι ίδιοι αποδείχτηκαν ανίκανοι να ενεργήσουν.Εχω επιστρέψει εδώ κ 15 μερες το ακατάλληλο προϊόν,εχω στείλει πάνω από 10 μειλ,στο τηλ ο κυριος με διαβεβαίωσε κ τις 4 φορές που μιλήσαμε το τηλ ότι θα γίνει άμεσα!!!2/8/21 κ ακόμα περιμένω τα χαμένα μου χρήματα, που δε θα πάρω πίσω όπως φαίνεται....Μεγάλη κοροϊδία του καταναλωτη....
 They have been making fun of me since 29/6 for returning my money by order, for the change of which they themselves proved incapable of acting. the 4 times we talked on the phone that it will be done immediately !!! 2/8/21 and I am still waiting for my lost money, which I will not get back as it seems .... Great mockery of the consumer ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 Σεπτεμβρίου είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία με παιδικά παντοφλακια στα οποία παράδοση έλεγε 1-3 ημέρες. Μεσολαβούσε Σαββατοκύριακο οπότε πίστευα θα τα έχω Δευτέρα με Τρίτη, πέρασαν οι μέρες και την Πέμπτη,μια βδομάδα μετά την παραγγελία, τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο και μου λένε ότι δεν το είχαν στο κατάστημα και το παραγγειλαν και θα το έχω σε μια - δυο μέρες ( ενώ θα έπρεπε να με ενημερώσουν). Περνάει μια εβδομάδα από τη επικοινωνία που είχαμε και μου έρχονται παντοφλακια τα οποία ήταν λάθος σχέδιο (και καλά λάθος έκαναν). Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους να τα στείλω πίσω και μου ειπαν τελικα ότι τα παντοφλακια που παρήγγειλα δεν τα έχουν και θα μου έκαναν επιστροφή χρημάτων. Η αποστολή από εμένα έγινε και επιβεβαιώθηκε κι από το κατάστημα, αλλά η επιστροφή χρημάτων ποτέ. Το ποσό δεν είναι μεγάλο 12.90, αλλά η ταλαιπωρία και περισσότερο η απογοήτευση - προσμονή του μικρού για τα συγκεκριμένα παντοφλακια που δεν ήρθαν πότε!
On September 24 I had placed an order with children's slippers in which delivery said 1-3 days. It was a weekend so I thought I would have them Monday to Tuesday, the days passed and Thursday, a week after the order, I call them and they tell me they did not have it in the store and they ordered it and I will have it in a day or two (while they should have informed me). A week has passed since the communication we had and I am getting slippers which were wrong design (and they did well wrong). I contacted them to send them back and they finally told me that the slippers I ordered did not have them and they would refund me. The shipment from me was made and confirmed by the store, but the refund never. The amount is not big 12.90, but the inconvenience and more the frustration - anticipation of the little one for the specific slippers that never came!
