★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad construction, the line to pass through the tolls sometimes is huge and they don't have an electronic transponder so you can pass faster. What really surprises me is before Egnatia Odos got this motorway there was an electronic system of payment called TeoPass but Egnatia never used it causing trouble to people passing by daily by the tolls. Also the maintenance of the road is horrible..and they seem to not really care about their employees who are working on the side of the highway without proper safety measures...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Egnatia pass still doesn't work although we changed it (the hardware ) in your facility , originally bought at the εξωτερικός Περιφερειακός office it was changed 2 days later on the way back from a flash roadtrip to athens , i was assured that it would work the second device but it failed me again , cant wait for the 4th november when its gonna be working around the country BUT i have my doughts when its not working in the 3 spots i have already tried it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst toll stations in Northern Greece. The lines of the cars are always huge and the waiting time is super long. In January there was a line like it was in the middle of the tourist season during summertime. Try to use alternative routes to avoid it. It was to stressful for us in the car because we waited for more than 30 minutes. Never again will I go through that station.

At least there are enough booths to keep the traffic flowing at an somewhat acceptable pace.
