Ο φαρμακοποιός έδειξε από την αρχή απρόθυμος να εκτελέσει την συνταγή, επειδή χρειαζόταν να αναμείξει δύο αλοιφές για μια δερματίτιδα. Όταν του είπα οτι αντιλαμβάνομαι πως σε εφημερία του φαρμακείου κάτι τέτοιο θα ήταν ενδεχομένως δύσκολο-μου εκτέλεσε κατα το ήμισυ την συνταγή και σε ερώτησή μου για το χρόνο κατα τον οποίο θεωρούσε οτι θα είχε ετοιμάσει και την υπόλοιπη συνταγή μου απάντησε αγενέστατα: "όταν σας ειδοποιήσω". Δεν θα έμπαινα στην διαδικασία να αξιολογήσω τις υπηρεσίες του φαρμακοποιού αν δεν χρειαζόταν να επανέλθω για να μου επιστρέψει το υπόλοιπο της κρέμας που δεν μπορούσε εκ νέου να συνταγογραφηθεί. Μου αποκρίθηκε πως χρησιμοποίησε και χρέωσε αντίστοιχα την συνιστώμενη δόση-και οταν ρώτησα το κόστος της κρέμας μου απάντησε το ποσό των 2Ε. Όταν επανήλθα για να μου διευκρινίσει γιατι με χρέωσε με το ποσό των 10Ε μου απάντησε πως κοστολόγησε την φακρμακοτεχνική και το πλαστικό κυπελάκι που έβαλε την κρέμα. Μου έκαναν το τεστ κανονικά, εδωσα τα στοιχεία μου για καταχώριση και φεύγοντας μου ανακοινώνουν οτι το τεστ μου είναι αρνητικό. Απόρησα πως το ξέρουν τόσο γρήγορα αφού η διαδικασία δεν κράτησε πάνω από δύο λεπτά, ενω όλα τα τεστ αναγραφουν στις οδηγίες ότι πρέπει το αποτέλεσμα να διαβαστεί μεταξύ 15-20'. Όταν ζήτησα εξηγήσεις απο τα δυο άτομα που εργάζονταν, το μόνο που ειχαν να πουν είναι οτι το αποτέλεσμα βγαίνει αμέσως. Αν οι ίδιοι δεν έχουν πτυχίο φαρμακολογιας, θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να μπορούν να διαβάσουν τις οδηγίες που δίνονται. Έκανα τεστ την επόμενη μερα κ βγήκα θετική.
