★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από κάθε άποψη. Ο κ. Μαλλιαρης φρόντισε να "βρεθούν" τα εισιτήρια μας που είχαν τυπωθεί εκ παραδρομής από αλλο ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο στη Ραφήνα και έκανε όλες τις απαραίτητες συνεννοήσεις ώστε να ταξιδέψουμε από την Τήνο. Ευχαριστούμε
 Great service in every respect. Mr. Malliaris made sure that our tickets were printed out of print by another travel agency in Rafina and made all the necessary arrangements to travel from Tinos. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Ήρθα αναλαφιασμένος να παραλάβω δυο χαρτιά επιβίβασης το κατάστημα ήταν ανοιχτό και άδειο. Έπειτα από 2 λεπτά εμφανίστηκε μια κυρία και ζήτησα τα χαρτιά. Αφού απάντησε με ειρωνικό ύφος και κακία "εκεί που τα βγάζετε δεν σας δίνουν χαρτιά" όταν επισήμανα της αγένεια της με αποκάλεσε εμένα αγενή! Αφου φωνάζαμε για κάνα διλεπτο απλά της είπα ότι "ή κακία επιστρέφεται"! Ακόμη και αν δεν είστε υποχρεωμένοι να εξυπηρετήσετε η ευγένεια πρέπει να παραμένει ευγένεια! Η έστω ζητήστε χρήματα για τον εκτυπωτή στο μελάνι σας!
Unacceptable! I came running to pick up two boarding passes, the store was open and empty. After 2 minutes a lady appeared and I asked for the papers. After she answered with ironic style and malice "where you take them out they do not give you papers" when I pointed out her rudeness she called me rude! After we shouted for a couple of minutes I just told her that "or evil returns"! Even if you are not obliged to serve, courtesy must remain courtesy! Or even ask for money for the printer in your ink!
