The only thing I enjoyed was the delicious pancakes, nothing else!

We decided to go for the first time for brunch since its near our house. We arrived at 12:13 on Monday 19/10... There were a few tables. There was a cook and a girl that did everything else... Take orders, make coffee etc. We ordered our coffee and brunch and waited.... Waited... Others that ordered after us got their items before us... Another table got up and got a menu themselves. At another table they couldn't wait so they went somewhere else and got something to eat and brought it back to the store. When we received our items we got 1 of the 2 dishes. They said the other will be ready in a few minutes. A few minutes later they brought us a second plate... But it wasn't ours. The cook make an item off another ticket instead of our missing dish. We proceeded to cancel our order for the second dish. In addition it is required for the cook to wear gloves when serving. He grabbed plates from the inside part with his bare hands... He served potato chips with his bare hands. And to think that he is working in a open kitchen... He would be more careful. We left at 13:15...it is essential for restaurants to have good service, be clean and serve quality food. When you have 1 person running around you cannot except good service. To be clean and have good food... That depends on who you have in the kitchen... If someone doesn't care... You have the food quality we received today which was below par and the higene that we saw today was unacceptable. Today you lost many first time customers and possibly others that were there... I am putting 3 stars instead of 1 star because I do not want to damage your rating and believe an Owner that willing listen to these types of reviews will act accordingly. On a positive note, the waitress is very good.. Quick, and tried to do what she could with what she had. Keep her and do not burn her out.

Christmas party very nice

Quality selection of wines,nice cocktail drinks and average beer menu. Limited but quality food menu. Friendly service. Situated at a quieter part of Analipsi square.
