k	konstantinos ntekoumes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρέθηκα καλεσμένος σε μια γαμήλια δεξίωση που το catering είχε αναλάβει το Mamalis catering. Άρχικά μου έκανε εντύπωση το Service (μιας και σαν επαγγελματίας της εστίασης εκεί πήγε πρώτα το μάτι μου) ήταν το από τα καλύτερα που έχω δει. Η ευγένεια, ο τρόπος μετον οποίο τα παιδιά ήταν από πάνω μας χωρίς να είναι "ενοχλητικά" και φυσικά ο γενικότερος επαγγελματισμός ήταν σε ΠΟΛΎ υψηλά επίπεδα. Οταν λοιπόν ήρθε η ώρα του φαγητού πραγματικά εντυπωσιάστηκα. Οι συνδυασμοί πιάτων που είχαν επιλέξει, το ότι υπήρχαν πιάτα για vegan, οι άριστες πρώτες ύλες που έκαναν το φαγητό πεντανόστιμο ήταν μερικοί από τους λόγους. Ειδική αναφορά θέλω να κάνω σε κάτι που με εντυπωσίασε: κοντά μου καθόταν κάποιος συγγενής του ζευγαριού ο οποίος είχε αλλεργία σε ορισμένες τροφές. Οταν είπε τι τον πειράζει, ο κ. Μαμαλης ήρθε προσωπικά, τον ρώτησε με λεπτομέρειες τι πρέπει να αποφεύγει και ύστερα από 10 λεπτά ήρθε ένας σερβιτόρος με ένα πιάτο φτιαγμένο ειδικά για αυτόν. Εντυπωσιακό! Δεν έχω ξαναδεί τέτοιο επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης σε catering γαμου στην Ελλάδα I was invited to a wedding reception hosted by Mamalis catering. At first I was impressed by the Service (since as a catering professional my eye went there first) it was one of the best I have seen. The courtesy, the way with which the children were above us without being "annoying" and of course the general professionalism was at VERY high levels. So when the time came food I was really impressed. The combinations of dishes they had chosen, that There were dishes for vegan, the excellent ingredients that made the food delicious were some of the reasons. I want to make a special reference to something that impressed me: someone was sitting next to me relative of the couple who was allergic to certain foods. When he said what to him It doesn't matter, Mr. Mamalis came in person, asked him in detail what he should do avoids and after 10 minutes a waiter came with a specially made dish for him. Impressive! I have never seen such a level of service in wedding catering in Greece

Ο chef και το προσωπικό άριστοι επαγγελματίες, το φαγητό νόστιμο και με εξαιρετική ποιότητα, πρωτότυπες γεύσεις που συνδυάζουν gourmet και παράδοση. Μπράβο στον κ. Μάμαλη για το ότι έχει φτιάξει στην Ήπειρο ένα catering επιπέδου εξωτερικου Lovely smiling people who see it on their faces that they want to serve you. The chef and staff are excellent professionals, the food delicious and of excellent quality, original flavors that combine gourmet and tradition. Well done to Mr Mamalis for making an Epirus-level catering abroad

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και το φαγητό το καλύτερο που έχω φάει ποτέ σε γάμο. Απίστευτο μενού που πέντε μήνες μετά το συζητάμε ακόμα με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και κριτικές. I was invited to my friendly couple's wedding in Preveza and the Mamalis catering company had taken over the wedding party. The service was impeccable and the food the best I've ever eaten at a wedding. Incredible menu that five months later we are still discussing with the best reviews and reviews.

Το φαγητό που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν από αγνές πρώτες ύλες, νόστιμο και καθόλου βαρετό. Επίσης η ευγένεια και οι γνώσεις του κυρίου Μάμαλη είναι το κριτήριο που επιλέξαμε την εταιρεία του για το catering γάμου μας. Είμαστε σίγουροι πως η επιλογή του ανάμεσα από 5 εταιρείες catering που εξετάσαμε θα μας δικαιωσει απολυτα. In our wedding reception research we were impressed by the emphasis on detail and the non-negotiable quality of Mamalis Catering. The food we tried was pure raw, tasty and not boring at all. Also the courtesy and knowledge of Mr. Mamalis is the criterion that we have chosen his company for our wedding catering. We are sure that choosing from among the 5 catering companies we have reviewed will be absolutely justified.

Ο κος Μάμαλης ανέλαβε το catering γάμου της καλύτερης φίλης μου και με μια λέξη ήταν μαγικά! Επιμελήθηκε ο ίδιος προσωπικά όλη τη δεξίωση και σε συνεργασία με το προσωπικό του μας χάρισε μια υπέροχη βραδιά. Μπράβο τους γιατί με την ποιότητα της δουλείας τους αλλάζουν τα δεδομένα στο catering στην Ήπειρο!!!! Excellent raw materials, delicious food, noble staff, professionalism and consistency. Mr. Mamalis undertook the wedding catering of my best friend and in a word it was magical! He personally curated the whole reception and in collaboration with his staff gave us a wonderful evening. Well done because with the quality of their work they change the data in catering in Epirus !!!!

Η επικοινωνία από την αρχή ήταν εξαιρετική και μετά από ενα ραντεβού στο χώρο ήμασταν σίγουροι ότι όλα θα είναι όπως πρέπει. Όντως τη μέρα του γάμου ολα πήγαν κατ' ευχήν, και το φαγητό ήταν τέλειο! Απ' τα καλύτερα που έχουμε φάει από catering πανελληνίως. Ακόμα και οι σαλάτες ήταν προσεγμένες και γευστικότατες και το ίδιο είπαν και όλοι οι καλεσμένοι ανεξαιρέτως. Highlights το τραπέζι με τα τυριά και συνοδευτικά για welcome και τα burger στα late night snacks ? Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζουμε να ξαναφάμε σύντομα!!! We had our wedding in a private place in Preveza. The communication from the beginning was excellent and after an appointment at the place we were sure that everything would be as it should be. Indeed on the wedding day everything went as planned, and the food was perfect! One of the best we have eaten from catering in Greece. Even the salads were neat and delicious and so did all the guests without exception. Highlights the table with cheeses and side dishes for welcome and burgers at late night snacks ? Thank you very much and we hope to eat again soon !!!
