★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά τακτικός πελάτης, πάντα ευχαριστημένος από την ακρίβεια του καφέ που ζητάω και των κουλουριών. Σήμερα όμως, τα πράγματα δεν ήταν έτσι. Μέσα στην παραγγελία μου, ήταν 2 καφέδες freddo espresso μέτριοι με γάλα εβαπορέ. Όταν έφτασαν, εγώ και ο φίλος μου καταλάβαμε ότι δεν υπήρχε γάλα, καθώς και πως οι καφέδες δεν ήταν μέτριοι. Έχοντας εμπειρία στους καφέδες του μαγαζιού και στη γεύση τους, ήταν εύκολο να καταλάβουμε ότι η παραγγελία ήταν λάθος. Επικοινωνήσαμε με τη wolt, αλλά μας έλεγαν ότι το κατάστημα επιμένει πως οι καφέδες είναι σωστοί. Απογοητευτική αντιμετώπιση, όλο αυτό για 2 καφέδες που θα μπορούσαν να μας φέρουν χωρίς να γίνει καν θέμα. Δυσάρεστη εμπειρία.
Generally a regular customer, always happy with the accuracy of the coffee I ask for and the buns. Today, however, this was not the case. In my order, there were 2 medium freddo espresso coffees with evaporated milk. When they arrived, my friend and I realized that there was no milk, and that the coffees were not mediocre. Having experience in store coffees and their taste, it was easy to understand that the order was wrong. We contacted wolt, but we were told that the store insists the coffees are right. Disappointing treatment, all this for 2 coffees that could bring us without even becoming an issue. Unpleasant experience.
