We had high hopes for this florist after one florist let us down last minute. At first they were very helpful and went through the flowers that would be available to us. We didn't have a complicated order and we specifically said we only wanted flowers that would keep well for the wedding day in the sun and they promised us that all flowers would be perfect throughout the whole day and we didn't have to worry. This was not the case at all!!!! Our flowers arrived just after 1pm and only half of our wedding flowers were present! And the ones that did arrive were dead within ONE HOUR!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! We paid €2.5k for an arch that was single sided and dead! This was not at all what we asked for or what we agreed to pay for. My bouquet was NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED! They clearly transported the flowers in a regular van instead of a refrigerator van like they should have ( we paid high transport costs!!) because everything died after 1 hour of arrival and we had to rush out and buy some fake flowers to fill the arch because it looked absolutely dreadful. We paid a total of €4.5 thousand for flowers that died within one hour and an order that wasn't fulfilled as we had agreed. We have video and photo footage that will be posted to support these claims. This was truly heartbreaking and an awful experience for us on our wedding day!! Please avoid the heartbreak and go to a florist that actually cares for their clients, unlike this business.

Maria & Lazaros are both amazing florists. They know amazing techiques that gives value to each single flower. They work beautifully with greenery as well.
