β β β β β I was there with a beautiful girl and she wanted to buy a dark green furr that she had seen about 1 month ago. But she didn't find it today, that's why I gave you 4 and not 5 ?. Great store though keep it up ?

β β β β β What!?!?! Only one poor assistant was running around trying to help the customers! The cashier girls were both rude and incompetent with linguistic inability to express whether certain items where in their store or in others. I had to ask three questions to get them to speak their NATIVE language correctly!! Absolutely disgusting!

β β β β β I frequently visit this store with my boyfriend. I would give it a 5 star rating for the excellent service of the staff and nice clothing selection, but my biggest complaint is the temperature of the store and how this affects the shoppers and the staff.
Three separate times I went during the summer, and immediately started sweating. I asked the staff each time if they AC was on, and they said yes. I didn't understand how that could be possible. The temperature did not get cooler when you walked inside the store, as it did on every other store I visited on Ermou.
Either the management is not being truthful to the staff members, or the air conditioning is not at a livable working or shopping temperature. The humidity and heat are extremely unpleasant. My boyfriend could not comfortably browse or try on clothes due to the heat in the store.
I also learned that there is no refrigerator for the staff to keep their food stored. This paired with a hot environment is unhealthy for the staff of Mango Man.
Overall, these are completely unacceptable working conditions. As a shopper, it angers me to know that this is how the workers of such a well-known establishment are treated. I hope they fix this issue soon, because it is seriously concerning for human rights.

β β β β β I so much appreciate their collection and the stores' minimal character. However, in this particular store, there is a lack of staff. I cannot explain otherwise the rudeness of an assistant placed in the fitting rooms. She was always loudly complaining about the amount of clothes that she had to tidy up, implying almost clearly that the situation is the clients' fault. At many instances when someone asked for help, apart from unhelpful, she was extremely rude. In any case, either the working conditions have to get better or the employees' selection less poor both in number and in quality.
