★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting with gorgeous views of the bay and surrounding mountains. We were so warmly welcomed, we immediately felt at home. Stamatis was charming and eager to please. Wonderful pool overlooking olive groves and the sea beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional village style living in spectacular surroundings between the mountains and the Aegean sea! Beautifully appointed self-contained stone villas with sensational views on both sides! The management are warm, friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant makes excellent authentic Greek breakfasts and lunches! Has 2 pools and plenty of room for events.
Will definitely stay here again... cant recommend highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curated villas near immaculate beaches of the Peloponessos' best region - Mani. Maniatiko staff was tremendous - they upgraded us to a two room villa after our air conditioning had problems. Breakfast daily was rich and unlimited to the guests tastes, incorporating local flavors and produce from the grounds. The restaurant on site, Friagano, was a real surprise - fresh and original recipes made the meal above average and a true value for the price. The house wines were of exceptional quality. All our thanks go to Maria, who curates the grounds and staff, she made our stay exceptional and more than worth the value.

house is old and doesn´t contain the furniture or equipment as mentionned on internet sites.
no sunbeds near house!
garden is a dirty dustbin!
outdoor lightning and some indoor were not functioning.
the pool has sunbeds for 2 bungalows, so don´t be surprised you never ever will have one during your stay.
when asking assitance,service became very agressive.
no beach in neighboorhood! the sea is 2km but inaccesible due to sharp stones.
they say athenes is 2.5 hours drive for the place, impossible!
their internet site is full with this kind of false or wrong information!
they call it a 3star resort, it is nothing more than some old bungalows on a mountain hill without sea view as all the trees are too high!
this must be the most bad dumphole I ever stayed in greece and its islands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful pools. AMAZING FOOD. Super friendly staff and utterly relaxing place to unwind and relax. Awesome beaches nearby and plenty of tavernas offering excellent food and Greek ambience... if needed as the food at Maniatiko is wonderful. A massive thank you to Maria, Christina and Achilles for the freddo espressos, being so awesome with our kids and generally giving us such a wonderful week at Maniatiko.
