★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν προσπαθεις και παρακαλάς για να σου δώσουν πληροφορίες για ένα ακίνητο που στο κάτω κάτω λεφτά θα παρουν και έχουν περάσει δυο μερες και όλο σου λένε θα σε παρει ο συνεργάτης αλλά συνεργάτης δεν παιρνει. Οχι να αλλάξετε επάγγελμα γιατί απλά δεν το έχετε.....
 When you try and ask them to give you information about a property that at the end of the day they will take money and two days have passed and they tell you everything, the partner will take you but the partner does not take it. Not to change profession because you just do not have it .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική και αγενής αντιμετώπιση! Καλέσαμε δυο φορές για ένα ακίνητο και συνεχώς μας έλεγαν θα μας καλέσουν πίσω (κάτι που δεν έκαναν). Από ότι φαίνεται δεν νοιάζονται και πολύ για τους πελάτες!
Completely unprofessional and rude treatment! We called twice for a property and they kept telling us they would call us back (something they did not do). Apparently they do not care much for customers!

Very good experience, excellent cooperation with Mrs. Maniati Maria. I highly recommend it. Very understandable and knowledgeable in the subject. He found the house I wanted, which otherwise I would not even go to see!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ζητήθηκε να δώσω οικονομικές προσφορές για ακίνητα για τα οποία δεν είχαν καμία εικόνα των τίτλων τους. Στη συνέχεια όταν επικοινώνησα μετά από μερικές μέρες για να ρωτήσω αν τελικά υπάρχει τίτλος η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν υπάρχει πλήρης κυριότητα του ακινήτου από τον εντολέα. Όσοι έχετε την ελάχιστη γνώση του τι θα πει αγοραπωλησία καταλαβαίνετε ότι αυτό σημαίνει ότι απλά έχασα το χρόνο μου με το συγκεκριμένο γραφείο.
I was asked to give financial offers for properties for which they had no idea of their titles. Then when I contacted after a few days to ask if there is finally a title the answer was that there is no full ownership of the property by the principal. Those of you who have little knowledge of what buying and selling means will understand that this means that I just wasted my time with that particular office.
