E	Emilia Soldatou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι η 2η φορά που παραγγέλνω από αυτό το κατάστημα και πάλι η ίδια αντιμετώπιση!είχα πει δε θα το ξαναπροτιμησω αλλά αναγκάστηκα!δε ξέρω τι είναι ΑΥΤΗ που σηκώνει τα τηλέφωνα αλλά έπρεπε να έχει φύγει εδώ κ χρόνια γτ μόνο κακό κάνει στο κατάστημα!όπως διάβασα κ στις κριτικές όλοι έχουν θέμα !είναι δυνατόν να εξηγείς ότι δε μπορείς να γράψεις τον κωδικό αποστολής γτ ταξιδεύεις κ να τον ζητάς σε email που έπρεπε να έχει σταλεί έτσι κ αλλιώς και να σου λέει δικιά σας παραγγελία είναι αν θέλετε να μάθετε γραψτε;;;αν δεν την είχα πληρωμένη θα τη γυρνουσα πίσω!τραγικοοοοοοο!!!και αυτή πιο τραγική !!! This is the 2nd time I order from this store and again the same treatment! I said I would not prefer it again but I had to! I read and in the reviews everyone has an issue! is it possible to explain that you can not write the shipping code because you travel and ask for it in an email that should have been sent anyway and to tell you your order is if you want to learn to write? ;; if I had not paid her I would have sent her back! tragicoooooo !!! and she more tragic !!!

Δεν έχω συνομιλήσει με αγενή υπάλληλο τους παρά μόνο ίσως λίγο κουρασμένο.Δυστυχως πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσουν τον κάθε άσχετο που δεν μπαίνει στον κόπο να διαβάσει τι είναι το κάθε υλικό -όπως εμένα.. Μετά από επισκέψεις χρόνων εκπαιδευτηκα ! I just love them! I have not talked to a rude employee, except maybe a little tired.
Π	Πηνελόπη Δρακοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά τραγικοί....Έκανα παραγγελία και πλήρωσα αμέσως 114€ η οποία έγραφε 0€ στα μεταφορικά και μόλις παρέλαβα το δέμα από το πρακτορείο μου ζήτησαν χρήματα για τα μεταφορικά! Μόλις κάλεσα την εταιρία μου είπαν και με ύφος κιολας πως δεν χρεώνουν αυτοί τα μεταφορικά και δεν γνωριζουν το κόστος. Μόλις τους ρώτησα γιατί τότε πρέπει να πληρώσω αφού η παραγγελία δεν εγραφε μεταφορικά έξοδα, μου ανέφεραν πως δεν συνεργάζονται με κάποια μεταφορική (την οποία αυτοι επέλεξαν να στείλουν το δέμα). Φυσικά δεν αναγραφοταν κατά την παραγγελία πως με την παραλαβή θα ειχε επιβάρυνση ο παραλήπτης.. Η κοροϊδία στο μεγαλείο της!! Κατ αλλά χωρίς έξοδα η μεταφορά του δέρματος. Μπράβο σας! Εκεί που λέτε ότι γράφει... "Πληρωμή στην Μεταφορική κατά την παράδοση!!! - Πληρωμή κατά την παραλαβή" από κατω έγραφε Ελεύθερο!!!! "Δουλεψτε" λιγο την πολιτική της επιχείρησης σας και καθως και την σταση σας προς τους πελάτες γιατι καπου το εχετε χασει... Επιπλέον συνεχίζεται να ειστε τραγικοί και αντιεπαγγελματίες με τη στάση καθώς και αγενέστατοι!!! Simply tragic .... I placed an order and immediately paid 114 € which said 0 € in shipping and as soon as I received the package from the agency they asked me for money for shipping! As soon as I called my company, they said in style that they do not charge for shipping and do not know the cost. As soon as I asked them why then I have to pay since the order did not state shipping costs, they told me that they do not cooperate with any shipping (which they chose to send the parcel). Of course, it was not stated during the order that upon receipt, the recipient would be charged .. The mockery in all its glory !! Leather transport at no cost. Well done! Where you say he writes ... "Payment to the Shipping upon delivery !!! - Payment upon receipt" Free wrote below !!!! "Work" a little on your business policy and also your attitude towards customers because you have lost it somewhere ... In addition, you continue to be tragic and unprofessional with the attitude as well as very rude !!!

We are lucky to have such a business in Greece, I've search in Europe similar business but there is non with so many products and such a good prices.
