★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όντας 5 χρόνια πελάτης, 20 χρόνια γείτονας κι όλη η οικογένεια μου φίλοι και πελάτες ζήτησα από τον κ. Μάνθο μια μέτρηση της διακορικης μου απόστασης (μέτρηση του λεπτού με ένα χάρακα ουσιαστικά). Έλαβα αρνητική απάντηση κι ότι μόνον με συνταγή και προκαταβολή για γυαλιά οράσεως κάνουν τέτοιες μετρήσεις. Σα να λέμε στον υπερτασικό «πρέπει να τα σκάσεις για να σου μετρήσω την πίεση». Οφθαλμιατρος της πολης χωρις να με ξέρει, έκανε τη μέτρηση χωρις κανένα κοστος φυσικά και ξαφνιάστηκε κι ο ίδιος απ το περιστατικό. Κάπως έτσι λοιπόν δεν ξαναψωνιζω απ’ το εν λόγο κατάστημα.
Being a customer for 5 years, a neighbor for 20 years and all my family, friends and customers, I asked Mr. Manthos for a measurement of my long-distance distance (measuring a minute with a ruler). I received a negative response and that only with prescription and advance payment for eyeglasses do such measurements. As if to say to the hypertensive "you have to burst them to measure your pressure". An ophthalmologist in the city, without knowing me, did the measurement at no cost, of course, and he himself was surprised by the incident. So somehow I don't shop again from this store.
