★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πόσα χρόνια πελάτης, έγινε και μια τελευταία αγορά ενός πλυντηρίου. Ελαττωματικό από την αρχή, ως προς το πως λειτουργεί η πόρτα και ουσιαστικά δεν έκλεινε. Η κυρία στο τηλ εριστικη ότι δεν ξέρει η μητέρα μου να το λειτουργεί. Τονίζω δεν μιλάμε για προγράμματα και ιδιαιτεροτητες, αλλά για το πως κλείνει η πόρτα του πλυντηριου. Μετά από μήνες έστειλε συνεργείο, φυσικά διαπίστωσαν ότι όντως έχει πρόβλημα άρα ήταν σίγουρα ορθό το αίτημα μας για αντικατάσταση (που φυσικά δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε ποτέ) άλλαξαν κάτι πάνω στην πόρτα, αλλά ουσιαστικά έπρεπε να αλλαχθεί κι ολόκληρη η πόρτα, κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ γιατί προφανώς δεν έδωσαν έγκριση. Συμπέρασμα άκρως αντί επαγγελματισμός, αγένεια και προφανώς αδιαφορία. Φυσικά δεν θα πάρουμε ποτέ και τίποτα ξανά από αυτούς και ενημερώνουμε όλο το οικείο και φιλικό περιβάλλον για την στάση τους.

After months he sent a workshop, of course they found that he really has a problem so our request for replacement was definitely correct (which of course never happened) they changed something on the door, but basically the whole door had to be changed, something that never happened because obviously did not give approval. Conclusion instead of professionalism, rudeness and obviously indifference. Of course we will never take anything from them again and inform all the familiar and friendly environment about their attitude.
