★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλέσαμε την εν λόγω εταιρεία καθότι ήταν η μοναδική που είχε τη μάρκα ενεργειακού τζακιού που έχουμε στο σπίτι μας. Χρειαζόμασταν καθαρισμό συντήρηση του μηχανισμού (μιας που ήταν 8 χρόνια ανενεργός) και οδηγίες προς τη χρήση μιας και το μηχάνημα είχε εγχειρίδιο χρήσης μόνο στα Ιταλικά.
Σημειωτέον πως η ανάγκη θέρμανσης είναι μεγάλη μιας και υπάρχει μωρό στο σπίτι .
Σε συνέχεια τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας ενημερωθήκαμε πως συνεργάζεται και με εταιρεία καθαρισμού αλλά και άνθρωπο εξειδικευμένο στο συγκεκριμένο τζάκι για να μας εξοικειώσει για τον τρόπο λειτουργίας. Την επόμενη μέρα και αφού η εταιρεία καθαρισμού δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μας όπως και είχε συμφωνηθεί μας προτάθηκε να έρθει ο ίδιος ο ιδιοκτήτης να κάνει τον καθαρισμό και την συντήρηση. Ο κύριος αφού ήρθε με μία ώρα καθυστέρηση έκανε έναν υποτυπώδη καθαρισμό στο μηχανισμό. Αντικατέστησε το δοχείο νερού (δικό μας ανταλλακτικό ) και μας ενημέρωσε μόνο για πιθανό κώλυμα στη λειτουργία του κυκλοφορητή. Δεν έγινε δοκιμαστική λειτουργία του μηχανισμού ( μιας που στο υπερμέγεθες όχημα του δεν είχε ένα ξύλο μα ούτε μας είχε ενημερώσει να έχουμε ένα ξύλο ώστε να το βάλουμε μπροστά ) να επιβεβαιώσουμε την καλή ή όχι λειτουργία του μηχανισμού.
Τις μηδαμινές υπηρεσίες του τις κοστολόγησε με ένα διόλου ευκαταφρόνητο τριψήφιο ποσό και έγινε καπνός (προτού προλάβουμε να ζητήσουμε τουλάχιστον απόδειξη παροχής υπηρεσιών).
Εν τέλει μόνο οι κυκλοφορητές δεν ήταν το πρόβλημα. Αλλά πολλά άλλα που θα μπορούσαν να έχουν προληφθεί μέσω της λεγόμενης συντήρησης.
Το να είσαι κακός στη δουλειά σου είναι ένα θέμα.
Το να κοροϊδεύεις κόσμο που έχει επισημάνει την ανάγκη του να φτιαχτεί το μηχάνημα του για εύκολα χρήματα είναι ανήθικο.
Καλές γιορτές και σε καλή μεριά το ποσό
 We called this company because it was the only one that had the brand of energy fireplace that we have in our house. We needed cleaning, maintenance of the mechanism (since it was inactive for 8 years) and instructions for use since the machine had a user manual only in Italian.
It should be noted that the need for heating is great since there is a baby in the house.
Following a telephone conversation, we were informed that he cooperates with a cleaning company as well as a person specialized in the specific fireplace to familiarize us with the mode of operation. The next day and after the cleaning company did not contact us as agreed it was suggested that the owner himself come to do the cleaning and maintenance. The gentleman, after arriving an hour late, did a rudimentary cleaning of the mechanism. Replace the water tank (our spare part) and only inform us of a possible malfunction of the circulator. There was no test operation of the mechanism (since in its oversized vehicle it did not have a wood but it did not even inform us to have a wood to put it in front) to confirm the good or not operation of the mechanism.
He cost his meager services with a not insignificant three-digit amount and became smoke (before we can at least ask for a receipt for services).
In the end, circulators alone were not the problem. But many more could have been prevented through so-called maintenance.
Being bad at your job is an issue.
It is immoral to make fun of people who have pointed out the need to build their own machine for easy money.
