★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was absolutely spotless, the grounds beautiful, the food fabulous (although at times a bit inconsistent in quality) but the best thing about it was the professionalism of the staff, from the receptionists, the spa, cleaners, through to the restaurant staff. They couldn’t do enough for us, welcoming, polite and cheerful. I’m so impressed by this and have never experienced customer service of such high standards.
The music in the restaurants is annoying jazzy and tuneless but this is being really picky!
We loved the French restaurant and breakfasts in the Greek and Italian but most of all the beach restaurant.
Anna on reception changed our room when we weren’t happy and went out of her way to make sure we were happy.
Fedra who served drinks up on the terrace was especially amazing ( although they all were).
Salome (sally) in the french and Italian restaurant was exceptional.
Christine was wonderful in the beach restaurant. My husband went to the gym and Socrates was very helpful.
The spa was unbelievably professional and of consistently high standards and as I am in the profession I’m very fussy!
The water sports were fab too! We loved a couple of the bands although there could have been a bit more entertainment!
The only thing I would say is the hotel is quite cut off. We caught the bus to Corfu town which was fun, however the island is overall quite run down. But saying that the hotel is a mini paradise and we would go back, but maybe take a couple of independent boat trips to some of the pretty coves which people said they loved!
Would highly recommend Marbella beach hotel ! A great experience! Thanks so much for your top class standards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the best resorts/hotels i have ever been to. The rooms and the service are top notch. Food doesn't do justice to the place and can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. The onsite restaurants are all fantastic. Good pools and good beach access but some work needed to make it a bit easier for getting around with babies, buggies, wheelchair, etc. Some of the indoor communal spaces seating was impossible to use for anyone not particularly athletic! :-) Staff are really helpful and service very good everywhere. Main buffet was also very good with good quality and choice. Immaculately clean everywhere in the hotel. Great for a relaxing break. A few water sports options and boat trips avaliable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and the most delicious food! Not to mention the stunning views and great choice of restaurants. Nothing at the hotel was too much hassle or trouble for the staff - We can't wait to come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First all inclusive experience which is really great. The hotel is well maintained (of course with some normal wear and tear), staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice beach and large pool with different class, water sports available. A decent size gym. The water park will soon be opened so by that time, there will be more things to do. Food was good for a la carte and considering it’s all inclusive. The food presentation is good, the quality of the food is not bad either (just not as good as presentation). I believe in terms of a resort, the service is a 5 stars level. One problem is we we’re always woken up by a chicken crowing every single day even though our window is closed already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first all inclusive holiday and with two kids below 5. It's a very friendly resort, clean and well looked after. The staff are all very helpful and super friendly. A big thanks to Panos who really ensured we had a first class stay. Great selection of restaurants and the kids club was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star Hotel, food, staff, facilities, had the best holiday. Rooms ok, we had sea view, beautiful, clean sufficient... Short walk to sea front, couple little shops, very handy for gifts, tavernas, hired speedboat. Fantastic. Waters calm all the time. Just perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very well kept and decorated. The facilities and views here are brilliant. The sea is calm and great for snorkelling, paddle boarding etc. food is very good for an all inclusive. The staff are amazingly consistent so the training must be brilliant ! The only downside for me is wine options on all inclusive. This is purely based on my taste. Highly recommended
