Έχω πολύ ιδιαίτερες διατροφικές συνήθειες, αλλά η Μαρκέλλα σε όλα τα προγράμματα που μου έδωσε, προσάρμοσε αυτές τις λίγες τροφές σε ένα πλήρες και ισορροπημένο πρόγραμμα (και χωρίς να μου στερήσει τα φαγητά που μου αρέσουν πολύ). Μου κόπηκαν οι λιγούρες και ήμουν χορτάτη συνέχεια. Το πιο σημαντικό απ' όλα, είναι ότι επειδή ήμουν πλήρης, μου κόπηκε η διάθεση για σοκολάτες, σοκοφρέτες, πατατάκια κλπ.
