Extremely wonderful view. Very close to the beach, just a couple if minutes of walking. The room was big enough for three persons. Everything necessary is at hand. Very friendly and nice host, she offered some welcoming coffee for us which was perfect. The best place to relax. The beach and Parga are very nice. Parga is 5-10 minutes drive. The only thing was not very reliable WiFi connection on the 2nd floor. All in all, perfect place, highly recommend!

Superior view, friendly, welcoming owners. Very close to the Lihnos beach and taverns by walk. Private parking for the guests. Green beautiful garden. Clean rooms (although not cleaned during the stay, cleaning accessories are provided in each apartment), towels replaced in 4 days. Rooms need some renovation, especially the mattresses need to be replaced

Lovely, really clean,bed very comfortable,air con works well. Plenty of hot water for showers.View from balcony amazing. Owners very friendly. They have a beautiful garden which they care for very well. Only possible downside although didn't bother us at all a steep road down (only couple of hundred metres ) to beach and a good restaurants.

Very nice apartment! One of the few places where we could stay in the beginning of November. Owner of the place was extremely friendly! Really made our stay. Room and view were excellent. Definitely would recommend this place!

Amazing view, clean, new mattress and they had everything you need to have - with an amazing price. At least when we came in the middle of September-less than 40€. So so so good that you feel that It’s a gift. The restaurant instead at the beach -that I think belongs to same owners/family - the name of it is “Coral” had an extremely bad service and quality of things. I don’t put less stars because I am not sure if it belongs to the same place and people.

I absolutely love this place! The view from the rooms is breathtaking, there is a lovely big garden where you can relax or have barbecue, it's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, the rooms are very clean and the hosts are absolutely lovely. So I highly recommend!

The hosts were amazing, great price and amazing location. I will definitely go back and take family there only 5-10 mins from Parga with the beach view and a short kayak away from aphardhite's caves. Loved it!

I have travelled all continents (ex Antarctica) and this is one of the best places when it comes to value for money. We stayed off season before orthodox Easter 2022 and had a great time. Accommodation: Our apartment had direct garden access. The lawn in front was green and clean. The apartment itself is rather small with 25 m2, but we'll laid out with a small kitchenette and suited three of us fine As with most building structures in this region you have to live with the fact, that there is little noise insulation and you will hear other people come home at night or take a shower. However this also happened to us in Hotels at a way higher price range. There would be room for improvement regarding the shower. The shower curtain is 30 cm up in the air and it's impossible to take a shower and not submerge the whole (small) bathroom. In general everything was clean and well maintained at the beginning of the season. Hosts: The owners are very friendly and are happy to help. In our case we where asking for a washing salon and immediately got offered to use their washing machine (maybe something that would not happen during main season) at no extra cost. Communication is a bit tricky, as the couple speaks little English (or in our case German) but we where lucky that the their son from Athens was visiting and willing to help. Surrounding: The building is tucked into a curve of a winding road down towards the beach, which was not busy yet. The garden was well maintained and in the back there are terraces with orange trees and vegetables growing. Flowers are rounding up the picture. In the garden there is a swing for kids and a couple of sun loungers (in good condition). A parking area is provided just above the building on the other side of the road. The walk to the beach is only 200 Meters down a steep road. During the time of our stay the restaurants at the beach front where still closed, but that is beyond the owners influence. In total it was a real great place and we plan to come back for a week during fall holidays. During summer I might find the whole area a bit to dense and warm to stay for more than 3 nights, but thats a rather personal preference.
