In 16.07.2018 in the evening i reserved a Kia Picanto i paid 20 euro advance, the next morning kia picanto was there washed prepare to rent but they told me that she was broken and instead i have to take a hyunday. I refuze i take my money back and i left.

We hired car (Hyundai Getz) for 1 day in July. 35 Eur + 10 Eur insurance. We were very satisfied. We rent a car from office located close to Tsilivi Water Park (37°49'09.5"N 20°51'44.9"E). Fair dealing with customers, no tricks and cheating. Recommend to everyone.

Best car rental I ever had a car from! Highly recommended. Certainly not the cheapest but 100% insurance and no hidden costs. We got our small car (a Hyundai) at the airport and because we had an apartment in Tsilivi we could drive behind our renter what was very helpful at the beginning. He showed us his office and our apartment and even brought our luggage into our apartment. Once we locked our key in our car quite far away from our Zakynthos home. An hour later our renter opened our car with a great smile. Very helpful, very friendly!! At any time once again! Thank you very much Andreas :-).

What a cowboy! Initially super friendly and really helpful but he was just an over talkative salesman. On the day of collection we were told how he was going to 'upgrade' us (his slight pause for us to give him praise!) and we walked out to a 90,000 km clapped out Hyundai that had missing wheel trims, damaged lights, cheap worn tyres and practically no clutch left. I jumped out and said to my wife, there's no way we could drive this around the island it's very hilly with sharp bends and sheer drops everywhere. So I went back into office and expressed our concern. He did the whole 'It's fine test drive' with us but it was a death trap and I held firm (We paid the day before impressed at his over the top helpfulness so knew we wouldn't get our money back) so the next day we got the car we should have had but he charged us extra. So his dishonest 'upgrade' was actually a poor downgrade. He just talked the talk and went on and on but in the end he was dishonest and we would suggest you go elsewhere... We soon discovered many other rental firms with pretty much new cars for the same money we paid. Love to support business especially an ex pat but when you are dishonest you want to tell people. Avoid!

Perfect place to rent a car. They are so friendly and helpful and punctual. The prices are cheap comparing with other car rentals and also full insurance offered to you. We had Kia from there and everything was goof. The car was in a good shape and they provide you a number in case something goes wrong with the car. I highly recommend it.

Andreas was so so helpful and nice! He even recommended us a place to have dinner (and it was the best dinner we had on the Island). Very reliable and easy to work with this car rental place.
