C	Christopher Pearson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertise a pool but on arrival found a hole in the ground with a stagnant amount of water in one end. Much of the pool furniture was tied and stacked away suggesting it is rarely used and yes this was late Spring coming into summer. The restaurant appears to cater at Dinner for the tourist buses as I had trouble getting the attentions of waiting staff and then allocated a table with the bus drivers ( they were very good company despite language difficulties) the only meal was the smörgåsbord which had an excellent range of foods and deserts. Breakfast service was much more organised as everyone, bus or not, had breakfast included so they allocated everyone to tables on arrival. Adequate parking out the front duevto largely guests arriving in buses. Motorcycle friendly and the bus people treated them as a welcome novelty's.
G	GIANCARLO GRUSSU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Hotel that has made its history but that continues to make it .. its spacious halls where the green marble stands out everywhere ... the romantic outdoor pool overlooks the lake and leaves the view breathless at sunset. The staff is always friendly and professional and the rooms are always clean and comfortable, equipped with every comfort. A praise to its director and all his staff! Definitely recommended !!!
C	Christi Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms aren’t soundproof, there are cracked tiles in the bathroom, the bathroom had mould on the wall and broken equipment. The facilities are old, only the mattress felt new. The breakfast was poor. One morning I was offered water in a glass with lipstick marks (these marks weren’t mine!). The hotel needs refurbishment ASAP
M	Maura Harkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently a huge wedding party happening. It’s 3am and still going, very very loud and rooms are not sound proofed. Very illegal to have this huge party with dancing with COVID restrictions, probably will be a super spreader event. Edit- I’m adding 2 stars because of how amazing the staff have been, from the very nice cleaning ladies, breakfast staff, and bar staff. Also even though the hotel is a little old and worn around the edges, it is kept very clean. Internet works very well. Like my initial review above- It’s on the management’s poor decisions to host an illegal party. That’s very upsetting when we’re trying to quell COVID right now and things like this don’t help. Very disappointing.

This was an emergency stop-over, after our BA flight was cancelled at the last moment. The staff did a pretty good job of checking 120 people in a very short space of time, so top marks for that. But dinner was a cold buffet, some of which had once been hot food. And ordering drinks from the Bar was a painfully protracted experience. It felt as though the business of this Hotel was predominantly Guests from other cancelled flights.
j	j kohilas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal and quite place with the hotel not too far from the city centre, if you book a room from the pool side the view is great (i wasnt so lucky) everything was quite ok and the staff polite and friendly. I also enjoyed the high water pressure in the bath ;)
