Ενω ειχε δημιουργηθει μεγαλη ουρα αναμονης απο πελατες που περιμεναν να εξυπηρετηθουν και υπηρχε ηδη τεταμενο κλιμα και εκνευρισμος λογω της μεγαλης αναμονης, η υπευθυνη του φαρμακειου παρελειψε να ενημερωσει τις πελατισσες που αγοραζαν το μισο φαρμακειο την υποχρεωση τους να φορουν μασκα, ενω δεν παρελειψε να κανει παρατηρηση και να προσβαλει μπροστα σε ολους την νεαρη υπαλληλο που εκανε ενα λαθος στην προσπαθεια της να εξυπηρετησει οσο το δυνατον συντομοτερα. Τετοια περιστατικα υπενθυμιζουν με τον εντονοτερο και πιο στενοχωρο τροπο ποσο αναγκη υπαρχει στον τοπο μας για βελτιωση του ανθρωπινου κομματιου και της ενσυναισθησης σε ολα τα επιπεδα της ζωης μας. Την ποιοτικοτερη ζωη δεν την προωθει καποιος επαγγαλματικος χωρος απλα με το να παρεχει βιολογικα/ομοιοπαθητικα προιοντα αλλα με το να παρεχει πρωτιστως αναλογης ποιοτητας υπηρεσιες. Λυπαμαι πολυ για την σημερινη εμπειρια που ειχα στο συγκεκριμενο φαρμακειο ως πελατης αλλα και ως μελος της κοινωνιας μας. Extremely unpleasant customer service experience! Sometimes just the availability or variety of products is not the thing that makes the difference! While a long queue had been created by customers waiting to be served and there was already a tense climate and irritation due to the long wait, the pharmacy manager failed to inform the customers who were buying half the pharmacy that they had no obligation to wear remark and insult in front of everyone the young employee who made a mistake in her attempt to serve as soon as possible. Such incidents remind us in the most intense and distressing way how much there is a need in our country for the improvement of the human part and empathy in all levels of our lives. The highest quality of life is not promoted by a professional field simply by providing organic / homeopathic products but by primarily providing services of similar quality. I am very sorry for the current experience I had in this pharmacy as a customer but also as a member of our society.

Excellent pharmacy and prompt service! An error had occurred in my order, they hurried to correct it for me and without additional charge!
v	vicky petrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there is a wide range of homeopathic and conventional products, the customer service is not always gentle... there is an employee who either talking with her on the phone or being served by her in person, has an aggressive and rude attitude which certainly doesn’t fit to her position and her age at all... It’s a pitty because she was the reason why I stopped visiting this drug store and preferred to go to one in Kifissia which is not distance convenient but the people there are very kind!
