Παρήγγειλα μια τούρτα για την κόρη μου,το σχέδιο το οποίο το βρήκα από τον λογαριασμό της.. παρέλαβα την τούρτα την ημέρα του πάρτυ και την άνοιξα κ αντί επάνω η τούρτα να έχει τις πριγκίπισσες που συμφωνήσαμε η κυρία αποφάσισε να αλλάξει τις πριγκίπισσες με διαφορετικές χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση και με δίκη της πρωτοβουλία.το αποτέλεσμα ήταν η κόρη μου κ η προσμονή που είχε να δει την ελσα και την αννα να δει κάτι διαφορετικό. Επικοινώνησα με την κυρία η οποία μου είπε ότι το σχέδιο που της ζήτησα ήταν της κόρης της από την Αμερική και δεν μπορέσει να βγάλει καλή εκτύπωση και γι αυτό επέλεξε να βάλει άλλες πριγκίπισσες! Της ζήτησα να αναγνωρίσει το λάθος της καθώς δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση και θα ήθελα να μ φτιάξει μια καινούργια τούρτα! Μια μέρα μετά μου είπε ότι θα στείλει άτομο να πάρει την τούρτα για να μ φτιάξει μια καινούργια...δηλαδή εγώ έπρεπε να είχα κρατήσει την τούρτα να μην σερβίρω τους καλεσμένους ούτε την κόρη μου για να την επιστρέψω στην κυρία και να μ φτιάξει την ίδια τούρτα μετά από νια βδομάδα! Της είπα ότι η τούρτα δεν υπάρχει διότι έγινε πάρτυ και έπρεπε ο κόσμος να κεραστει.η κυρία αυτή μου είπε πως δεν έπρεπε να γίνει έτσι αλλά να της επιστρέψω την τούρτα που μ είχε φέρει λάθος κ χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση.η τούρτα κόστιζε 90€ κ η κυρία μου είπε θα μ επιστρέψει τα 40€ για ψυχική οδύνη! Λυπάμαι πολύ κυρίως για την απογοήτευση της κόρης μου! Ενημέρωσε επίσης την κυρία ότι κ σε παλιότερη παραγγελία μου ενώ είχα ζητήσει ροζ τούρτα μου ήρθε μπλε ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει το χρωμα! Ένας σωστός επαγγελματίας αναλαμβάνει τις ευθύνες του σωστά! Λυπάμαι πολύ πραγματικά! Unacceptable professional behavior. I ordered a cake for my daughter, the design which I found from her account .. I received the cake on the day of the party and opened it and instead of the cake having the princesses we agreed the lady decided to change the princesses with different without any information and on her own initiative. The result was my daughter and the anticipation she had to see Elsa and Anna to see something different. I contacted the lady who told me that the design I asked for was her daughter from America and she could not make a good print and that is why she chose to put other princesses! I asked her to admit her mistake as I had no information and I would like her to make me a new cake! A day later he told me that he would send someone to take the cake to make me a new one ... that is, I should have kept the cake not to serve the guests or my daughter to return it to the lady and make it for me same cake after a week! I told her that the cake does not exist because it was a party and people had to be treated. This lady told me that it should not be like that but to return the cake that she had brought me by mistake and without any information. The cake cost 90 € and my lady said she will return the 40 € for mental pain! I am very sorry mainly for my daughter's disappointment! He also informed the lady that in my previous order while I had asked for a pink cake it came to me blue while we had agreed on the color! A good professional takes his responsibilities right! I'm really sorry!
