G	Guido B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a Neo Klima, da Maria Studios dal 30/08/2019 al 08/09/2019 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli studios sono otto, tutti nella stessa palazzina di costruzione abbastanza recente, quattro sono al primo piano e quattro al piano terra; tutti hanno un balconcino privato, e anche qualli al piano terra sono un pò rialzati dal livello del terreno quindi danno una buona privacy. Sul retro delle palazzina c'è un parcheggio per circa 5 o 6 auto e una bellissina area comune, coperta con un'ampia tettoia e dotata di un grande tavolo, un bel barbecue, lavandino e fornelli; in pratica un'ottima soluzione per una serata in compagnia con grigliata. Noi earavamo nello studio n. 4, uno di quelli al piano terra. Lo studio era dotato di un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo, inoltre c'è tutto il necessario: frigoifero, angolo cucina con lavello e piastra elettrica di cottura, condizionatore, TV e asciugacapelli e wifi; il bagno e tutto il resto erano praticamente nuovi; e soprattutto funzionava tutto benissimo, cosa non sempre scontata in Grecia. La disposizione degli studios è veramente ottimale; in tutti il balconcino è coperto, ha tavolino e sedie ed è abbastanza ampio per sedersi in due o tre a fare colazione o mangiare, inoltre è disposto ad ovest quindi alla mattina è riparato dal sole e si può farci colazione confortevolmente e tranquillamente; e alla sera poi si vede un bel tramonto sul mare; il mare dista circa 200-300m ma si vede sia dal balconcino dei quattro studios al piano terra che da quello dei quattro studios al primo piano. La palazzina non è nel centro del paese ma un pò spostata verso il mare, in pratica è a 200-300m dalla spiaggia e a 200m dal centro di Neo Klima dove si trovano un paio di piccoli supermarket e diverse taverne per la cena. Due di queste taverene sono propio a 100m da Maria Studioe e quindi alla sera si sente in lontananza un piacevole sottofondo di musica greca fino a mezzanotte. La pulizie è effettuata giornalmenmte da Maria stessa, che è davvero molto gentile ed ospitale; una mattina ci a porttato un piatto di ottime lukumades e un'altra volta una tiro-pita stile Skopelos; entrambe le cose fatte a mano dal lei stessa e davvero squisite. Maria Studios è davvero un ottima scelta, piacevole e confortevole. We stayed at Neo Klima, by Maria Studios from 30/08/2019 to 08/09/2019 and we had a great time. There are eight studios, all in the same building of fairly recent construction, four are on the first floor and four on the ground floor; all have a private balcony, and even those on the ground floor are a bit raised from the ground level so they give good privacy. On the back of the building there is a parking for about 5 or 6 cars and a beautiful common area, covered with a large canopy and equipped with a large table, a nice barbecue, sink and stove; in practice an excellent solution for an evening with a barbecue. We were in studio no. 4, one of those on the ground floor. The studio was equipped with a double and a single bed, plus there is everything you need: fridge, kitchenette with sink and electric cooking plate, air conditioner, TV and hairdryer and wifi; the bathroom and everything else were practically new; and above all everything worked very well, something not always taken for granted in Greece. The layout of the studios is truly optimal; in all the balcony is covered, has a table and chairs and is large enough to sit in two or three to have breakfast or eat, also it is placed to the west so in the morning it is sheltered from the sun and you can have breakfast comfortably and quietly; and then in the evening we see a beautiful sunset over the sea; the sea is about 200-300m away but can be seen both from the balcony of the four studios on the ground floor and from that of the four studios on the first floor. The building is not in the center of the town but a bit moved towards the sea, in practice it is 200-300m from the beach and 200m from the center of Neo Klima where there are a couple of small supermarkets and several taverns for dinner. Two of these tavernas are just 100m from Maria Studioe and therefore in the evening a pleasant background of Greek music is heard in the distance until midnight. The cleaning is done daily by Maria herself, who is really very kind and hospitable; one morning he brought us a plate of excellent lukumades and another time a Skopelos-style shot-pita; both handmade by herself and truly exquisite. Maria Studios is a really good choice, pleasant and comfortable.
N	Ntina Golemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το στούντιο της κ Μαρία είναι πάντα καθαρά! Ένα πολύ ωραίο 2οροφο με πολύ πράσινο και τριαντάφυλλα παντού! Μάς υποδέχτηκε πολύ θερμα και μας κέρασε γλυκό κυδώνι! Μας έφτιαξε λουκουμάδες και πίτα Σκοπέλου! Είναι πολύ γλυκός ανθρώπους! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.! Mrs. Maria's studio is always clean! A very nice 2nd floor with lots of greenery and roses everywhere! He welcomed us very warmly and offered us a sweet quince! He made us donuts and Skopelos pie! They are very sweet people! We will definitely go again!

Να είσαι καλά και εσύ κύρια Μαρια αλλά και ο κύριος Μανώλης και να δίνετε χαρά σε όλον τον κοσμο. Mrs. Maria is out of heart. He made us pies, donuts and made us feel like we went to our own man. May you, Mrs. Maria, and Mr. Manolis be well and give joy to the whole world.

Καφεδάκι στην σκιά από την διπλανή καρυδιά ενώ τρως τα σύκα από τις συκιές. Αξεπέραστη η τσαχπίνα κυρία Μαρία με τους λουκουμάδες και τις σκοπελιτικες τυρόπιτες της, σε συνδιασμό με τον στωικό κυρ Μανώλη. Clean and tidy. Unsurpassed coolness in the kiosk where you can eat whatever you bake in the shared grill. Coffee in the shade from the next walnut while eating the figs from the figs. Mrs. Maria was unbeatable with her donuts and Skopelos cheese pies, in combination with the Stoic Mr. Manolis.

Μανώλης είναι αξιολατρευτοι, κανανε τη διαμονή μας υπέροχη με την φιλοξενία και η καλοσύνη τους. Τα δωμάτια είναι εκπληκτικά,πεντακάθαρα και στο καλύτερο σημείο του νησιού. Πολύ κοντά σε αρκετές φημισμένες παραλίες , κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και σε ταβερνάκια. Διαθέτει πάρκινγκ καθώς επίσης και ένα υπέροχο κιόσκι που μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον καφέ σου ή να μαγειρέψεις. Ελπίζουμε να τους ξανά επισκεφτούμε το συντομότερο We could not make a better choice of accommodation in Skopelos! Ms. Maria and her husband K. Manolis are adorable, they made our stay wonderful with their hospitality and kindness. The rooms are stunning, spotless and in the best part of the island. Very close to several famous beaches, close to supermarkets and taverns. It has parking as well as a wonderful gazebo where you can enjoy your coffee or cook. We hope to visit them again as soon as possible
