It's basic but its clean and tidy the owner and the staff are friendly and welcoming which makes ideal for a self catering type holiday. Been here many times.

Positive: almost everything else. Negative: the bed was small, the shower head holder was broken.

Amazing beaches, ok resort. Grabbed this as a last minute deal. If you're paying more than 300 euros self catering per person for whole trip through Thomson, then your paying too much. Being euros, everything is expensive here. Apartment is quite dated, the bed felt like sleeping on a brick! You pay adult prices, if your kids are more than 8! Had BBq's and greek salads most nights as gas and coal bbq outside apartment. Fresh fish and meat can be bought reasonably, if you fancy this. 4 town mini train ride and (14 euros each) and 6 hour boat trip with bbq is recommended but expensive, 30 euros each, 2 adults and 14 year old. Did loads of snorkeling and sightseeing. All in all it was ok but probably wouldn't visit twice.

We stayed here in july 2014. The room was big, cleaned every day. -The location was very ok: you have 2 supermarkets and 3 tavern's near by and also the beach is 200 m from the villa. - The staff was very friendly -The Wi-fi was not good at all, and the fact that it worked on 1,5 hours vouchers... The pool could be a bit bigger

Positive: It has everything needed for your vacation. The place is quiet. There are external shutters on the window, which ensures good blackout in the morning and good sleep. Parking is not a problem, next to the building is a lot of space. Close to the beach.. Negative: Bed was a little bid small for us but not so big issue. We get used to it fast..

Positive: Very clean. The owner mr. Filipidos was great, really nice person. We had cleaning services assured from 8 to 17 every day whenever we requested. Also he made us an upgrade of room free of charge. The pool vas clean and very well positioned to have the sun on it all day. The location is very good placed, near Palude Tavern, very close to Glden Beach and very close to other Chrissy Ammoudia restaurants. Beside the bonus of free room upgrade (wich meant an extra confort) in one evening the owner gave us some free beers, and when we left the location sent us some cofees . Also the owner has a train to travel around Skala Potamia. The Covid 19 measurements are respected at the location. Disinfectant is present in rooms/ outside rooms near all entrances in the property. Very quiet place. As a general conclusion is perfect for a family with kids(my case), safe and pleasant location..
