Obliged to pay in cash
All due to an IT breakdown with no visibility when it will be fixed.
What is the point to go to a marina if we cannot fill up the tanks ,wash the boat charge the batteries , get heating on board...?
1 hour fight to get 15 % discount and to pay by bank transfer .Ridiculous.
We have been informed of the situation only when we were moored Not on the VHF when we made the booking.
