★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most impolite, rude and crook staff I have ever seen.
Internet pictures have nothing to do with reality.
Booked a room with balcony and view, but instead they gave an underground room with windows that do not open. Didn’t stayed there and never gave a refund.
I saw other reviews with similar problems because I was wondering that maybe I’m cranky?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected a calm weekend, oh boy how much I have been lured! A disgrace for the greek hospitality. The rudeness of the hostess, Mrs. Katerina, surpassed the trick she played on us by changing the room at the last minute after our book was made. The new room was of the lowest quality and deprived of any view. We didn't agree to the new terms and left. No refurd was given till this very moment. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [ ] The hotel is situated in a wonderful location in Aigina and has a great view over the island. We booked a double room (Hermes), which was situated in a separate auxiliary building near the main hotel. The room was far from the expected and also didn't comply at all with hotel room regulations (extremely low room height, extremely narrow,οld bathroom, like a 1 star room to rent). Even if the staff was kind, we didn't expect to stay in a room that had "storage space" standards. We kindly informed the owner about this issue, as the hotel is advertised as "luxury appartments and suites" and it was finally not value for money at all and really expensive for the room we booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. Very dangerous road not even public the most part. They lie about distance from center and forgot to inform that the place is totally isolated. In case you still want to try just pay in advance for one night. Other way they keep all your money without to stay even a single night.
