★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως το παλαιότερο κατάστημα οπτικών στην Έδεσσα. Το γνωρίζω 45 χρόνια τώρα, άρα θα είναι παλαιότερο.
Βέβαια, σημασία έχει η εξυπηρέτηση και τις λίγες φορές που χρειάστηκα τις υπηρεσίες τους (δεν αλλάζεις γυαλιά κάθε μέρα), δεν είχα πρόβλημα.
 Probably the oldest optical store in Edessa. I have known it for 45 years now, so it will be older.
Of course, the service is important and the few times I needed their services (you do not change glasses every day), I had no problem.

Σίγουρα δεν θα ξανά προτιμήσω το κατάστημα.
«Επαρχιώτικη» συμπεριφορά και κόμπλεξ, καθώς δέχτηκα έμμεση παρατήρηση για το γεγονός ότι κρατούσα σακούλα από άλλο κατάστημα που πουλά ίδιο είδος προϊόντων. Καλό θα ήταν να εκτιμούμε το γεγονός ότι ο πελάτης έχει την ελευθερία να ψωνίζει από όπου θέλει. Επίσης να εκτιμούμε το γεγονός ότι ο πελάτης επέλεξε και το δικό μας κατάστημα.
Επανηλλειμένη αναφορά του κυρίου που με εξυπηρέτησε ότι η δουλειά του δεν είναι κοσμηματοπώλης αλλά οπτικός. Πράγμα που από την στιγμή που το κατάστημα πουλά κοσμήματα και οπτικά, δεν είναι υποχρέωση του πελάτη να γνωρίζει τον ρόλο του κάθε εργαζομένου στο κατάστημα. Αν δεν ενδιαφέρουν τον κύριο περιπτώσεις που αφορούν τον τομέα του κοσμηματοπωλείου καλό θα ήταν να αφήνει αυτές τις δουλειές και να παραπέμπει τους πελάτες στους άμεσα υπεύθυνους.
Στάση και κινήσεις λες και έκανε αγγαρεία και συναλλαγή χωρίς απόδειξη.

I will definitely not prefer the store again.
"Provincial" behavior and complex, as I received indirect remarks about the fact that I was holding a bag from another store that sells the same type of products. It would be good to appreciate the fact that the customer has the freedom to shop wherever he wants. Also to appreciate the fact that the customer chose our store.
Repeated mention of the gentleman who served me that his job is not a jeweler but an optician. Which since the store sells jewelry and optics, it is not the customer's obligation to know the role of each employee in the store. If you are not interested in the main cases concerning the jewelry sector, it would be good to leave these jobs and refer the customers to the immediate managers.
Stop and move as if he was doing chores and trading without a receipt.
