F	Fryne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα 18/1 να κάνω αλλαγή σε προϊόν που μου έφεραν στις γιορτές, αρνήθηκαν να μου δώσουν το νέο προϊόν με έκπτωση παρόλο που ήταν σε έκπτωση. Την ίδια μέρα σε αλλά δύο καταστήματα ρούχων της περιοχής έκανα αλλαγές κ φυσικά τα νέα προϊόντα αγοράστηκαν με τις τρέχουσες εκπτωτικες τιμές. Φαντάζομαι επίσης ότι αν είχα ζητήσει πιστωτικό κ ξαναεμπαινα στο μαγαζί θα έπαιρνα το νέο προϊόν με την τρέχουσα εκπτωτικη τιμή. Αντιεπαγγελματικο. Δεν είναι το πόσο αλλά η συμπεριφορά. Δεν θα ξαναπάω εννοείται. I went 18/1 to make a change in a product that was brought to me during the holidays, they refused to give me the new product at a discount even though it was at a discount. On the same day in two other clothing stores in the area I made changes and of course the new products were purchased at the current discount prices. Καταλαβαίνω την δύσκολη αυτή περίοδο αλλά αφού έκανα την παραγγελία μου , την επόμενη μέρα με πήραν τηλέφωνο ότι αρκετά από τα προϊόντα δεν ήταν διαθέσιμα αφού ήδη τα είχα προπληρώσει. Αναγκάστικα να αλλάξω πάλι την παραγγελία μου ,η οποία όταν ήρθε έλειπε ένα σετ πυτζάμες. Στα θετικά ήταν η πολύ ευγενική και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό που ήταν για 5 αστεράκια. I am not used to commenting, but unfortunately my experience with this particular e shop was not pleasant. I understand this difficult period but after I placed my order, the next day they called me that several of the products were not available since I had already prepaid them. I had to change my order again, which when it arrived was missing a set of pajamas. On the plus side was the very kind and prompt service from the staff which was for 5 stars.
