All the family appreciated the apartment including of course the terrace and the garden, ideal for children. Everything is cozy, clean and comfortable. You will find all you need for a relaxed vacation (utilized kitchen, very comfortable bed and pillows, good wi-fi, natural lightning, quiet, parking, etc.). Also, Maria is more than a host, she is your perfect guide for Halkidiki being very kind and willing to help to discover the most beautiful place on the island. You will gain tips about beaches, restaurants (including reservation :), food, products/souvenirs (olive oil), entertainment, etc.) We liked a lot Maria`s hospitality and consider that her behavior contributes a lot for customer experience. If we recommend Mariya Art Living ? Yes, of course. I can`t wait until next year to stay here again. Thank you for all, Maria!

One rarely finds such dedicated people as Maria, the artist and owner behind Mariya Art Living, who truly make your holiday exquisite. You get a beautiful and comfortable accommodation and your personal concierge :) as Maria provides the best suggestions for discovering the area (amazing restaurants around, beaches). The one thing to keep in mind is that you do need a car to get around to go to the beach (there is a beach within a few steps from the property but it is an unorganised rocky one - good for swimming though) and to the restaurants, but it is all worth as you will have all the comfort you need during a holiday when you get back to your apartment at Maria's. From comfortable beds, high quality AC, beautiful aesthetics throughout, a beautiful garden welcoming you for relaxation and even the option to pick fresh veggies for your salads, you will have it all. Maria really invests in all the details and gives her best to make your holiday there excellent.
M	Milan Kovacevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is an amazing host. She put her heart and soul into Mariya Art Living, and made the property stand out from the rest by a mile! At the property, every single detail is carefully arranged (she's an artist by profession). The apartments are super modern, always clean, and full of accessories (e.g., beach chairs and sun umbrellas). Friendly Magdalena takes care of them daily. There are several beaches in the vicinity of Mariya Art Living. The closest one is just 100m away--and it's a pristine pebble beach. If you don't like pebbles, you can drive 5 minutes to Nea Skioni, a place where you can find a sandy beach. Nea Skioni also has a number of restaurants and supermarkets... basically, everything you need for your vacation. I highly recommend renting a car, since that way you'll be able to reach some awesome beaches on the Kassandra peninsula (e.g., a cape or a long sandy beach on the eastern side of the island). Mariya Art Living is a combination of traditional Greek hospitality with modern, arty designs. It's ideal for couples and families. Overall, it's an amazing place to stay, and we'd love to come back again. I recommend it without any hesitations.

Her artistic place inspires you throughout your stay. The atmosphere she built here is fantastically quiet and it's also extraordinary. You will feel yourself in a very luxurious space with hints of the beauty of the colourful Greek nature. Maria is very passionate about giving the best service to her guests and she is super helpful. The place is spectacular, with a cozy garden that welcomes parents for a drink and kids for play. The apartments are all beautifully designed and decorated with Maria’s art works. The space is well utilized, creating a comfortable experience. Great mattress and pillows☺️. The entire accommodation is kids friendly. Maria is the best host I have interacted with so far. She was extremely helpful before our arrival and during our stay as well. She helped us with very good recommendations for beaches, places to eat or shop souvenirs etc. Thanked to Maria’s suggestions, the exquisite place she has we enjoyed a very nice Greek vacation with lots of authentic moments☺️. We totally recommend Mariya Art Living and Maria☺️.

The location is perfect, reachable by car and close to Nea Skioni. The apartments are amazing and the garden brings a different kind of magic to the entire stay. It is decorated minimalistic, with a touch of zen and optimism. There is music playing to amp up the vibe. The terraces on the apartments are just perfect for coffee mornings or wine nights. There is a BBQ place. The owner is more than lovely offering an all inclusive experience, with great recommendations for surroundings places to visit beaches to go to, restaurants to dine in, etc. All in all, it's a great place to visit whether alone, couple, families with children. I love it and so does my pet ???
