★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are on another level. The location is perfect. Amazing for waters activities. Food is good and I'm vegan and they cater well. I will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent any sail boat or catamaran- doesn't worth.
Entire area you are allowed to sail is 1 by 0.5 NM. You are running in a closed rectangle, which is meaningless. And nobody warned you before they take your money. Totally dissapointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort has a beautiful setting and wonderful surroundings. The ethos and attitude of the Mark Warner team cannot be faulted. This was a family holiday with my daughter, son in law and their 3 young children. The 2 older children (7 and 9) absolutely loved all the activities and could not wait to get into their respective clubs each morning and afternoon. The resort is 'young' so the gardens and plantings are immature, but it will be absolutely beautiful in a very short time. The adult and the family swimming pools are excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant is very good indeed, less so in the resort taverna. The restaurant and taverna service could do with some additional training of local staff who were pleasant and friendly, but with a slightly 'manana' attitude. As we were the first guests of the season, we actually arrived on the very first day (night) of the opening of the newly refurbished resort, so there were a few unfinished jobs; outside lights unconnected, hurriedly laid turfing and some units at the back still unoccupied, but this did not detract at all from the overall enjoyment of the holiday. The management of the resort is excellent and these were minor details. It's expensive, but the child-centred approach and professionalism of the staff are worth it for an activity packed and fun holiday for children. Tips for travellers: it's extremely pleasant to walk into Paleros and eat in some of the many restaurants there. There is a beach bar not far in the opposite direction from the village where there is a delicious Greek salad on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional from all aspects including preparation for coronavirous. It is a very modern hotel with lots of amenities, extremely helpful staff and fantastic swimming pools. Family and adults oriented. I can't fault it anywhere. Cleanliness 11/10. Very tasty food with huge range of breakfast options . High class British standards in a lovely Greek setting. The best combination. Will definitely visit again and again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel in the area. Courteous staff. Fully renovated in 2018. All rooms have independent entrance. Great for families with kids. It has tennis courts, a playground, yoga studio, sailing and scuba classes, bikes available for guests, and three swimming pools, including one for kids and one for adults only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing facilities, gym, spa, 4 tennis courts, 1 5x5 football field, kids playground, 1 big swimming pool with depth 1.40m, 1 kids swimming pool with depth 40cm and another swimming pool located in more quiet space for adults only! Beach is nearly 15m away, there you can find free sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful and you will always find something you like, with an excellent taste, sadly sodas & drinks are not included in the price. Rooms are spacious and very clean, there’s also good WiFi coverage. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyable stay, lovely resort, great rooms, good food, really good facilities including two fantastic pools, nice beach with good watersports options, plus decent mountain bikes in the bike centre. Would lose a star for the condition of the road bikes which are passable and no more, but given the difficulty in sourcing bikes and parts at the moment it's understandable. I still enjoyed my 4 decent length guided rides - and the local roads and climbs are great
Special mention for the staff - faultless, happy, smiley service from all, especially Tom in the bike centre ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mark of a truly exquisite holiday for us is not only that we want to come back, but that we never want to leave! This certainly fell into both categories. We were blown away by the location, food and hotel itself but what catapulted our entire holiday experience into bliss was the high level of hospitality and attention to detail from all the staff. Each individual made us feel so welcomed and each revelled in their area of expertise - a clearly very carefully selected team.
It would be a disservice not to mention all the wonderful facilities too - the water sports (instructors were fantastic and so keen to help you learn), the tennis, the gym, the restaurants, the bars, the socials. Even down to being able to sign into Netflix in your room if you fancy a film night. We don’t have children but spoke to a couple by the pool who were so relaxed knowing their little ones were having a blast.
The hotel has everything and more but if you do fancy a change of scene, Paleros Town is just a 20 min walk by the sea where local Greek tavernas welcome you in. And the hotel is only short transfer from the airport - so no time wasted from plane —> pool!
Already been online in the airport home to investigate our next MW trip!
