Discutibile l'estetica delle soluzioni proposte: acquista materiali che, se rifiutati, vengono comunque addebitati o scontati per un valore inferiore al costo. Inaffidabilità per i tempi: per un lavoro di 3/4 giorni ha impiegato oltre 2 mesi, lasciando 2 over 65 al freddo da novembre fino a febbraio. Inaffidabilità nell'esecuzione e nella pulizia: sempre per più di 2 mesi ha trasformato una abitazione residenziale occupata in un cantiere preoccupandosi del rispetto degli orari dei collaboratori ma infischiandosene di ripristinare quotidianamente le condizioni di decente abitabilità. Prepotente: pretende il pagamento anche se il lavoro non è stato portato a termine e senza presentare alcun conto.
Suggerisco concordare preventivamente per iscritto materiali e tempi prevedendo opportune penali.
 UNRELIABLE. Totally unreliable. The aesthetics of the proposed solutions are questionable: buy materials which, if rejected, are still charged or discounted for a value lower than the cost. Unreliability for the times: for a job of 3/4 days it took over 2 months, leaving 2 over 65 in the cold from November to February. Unreliability in execution and cleaning: always for more than 2 months he transformed an occupied residential house into a construction site, taking care of respecting the timetables of the collaborators but not caring about restoring the conditions of decent habitability on a daily basis. Overbearing: demands payment even if the job has not been completed and without presenting any account.
I suggest to agree in advance in writing materials and times, providing for appropriate penalties.
