★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much, much smaller than the M&S we are used to in the uk. The food section was literally a few shelves and there was no refrigerated food like sandwiches or drinks. However, there are clothes and in the food section there are things like crisps and chocolates. Staff seemed friendly, but as the shop was so small, it was very cramped and busy.

Every time the staff have been super friendly, helpful, and the M&S products never fail for style, materials, or workmanship. This is one of the best shops in Heraklion.
