★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great disappointment!! I am a very old customer of M&S. Since 1990. I went to change a shirt in the original packaging without a receipt and without a card to change it. "The accounting department requires this". The most funny thing was that at that time all the clothes I was wearing (including underwear and socks) were from M&S!!! Service???? Maybe it is about time for a more general change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate shopping for clothes, I really do, and I din't like most clothes. When I first shopped here I was ecstatic. Probably the only clothes shop in Pireaus where I can find clothes I actually like and can buy without selling my first born. Also the stuff is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date 19/12/2017 time 7.26 Marks and Spencer Piraeus ground floor cashier! Did not have my bonus card with and she didn't accept to find it with my mobile which is unacceptable! Paid and while leaving the store i found a present for a friend and went back to the cashier to pay! Asked her to make me a new card as I cannot find my old she looked it at me and gave me the form and then i said can i add my previous shopping to the card points which i just previously paid and she refused! This is unacceptable! Just got back from the UK and Marks and Spencer employees are amazingly friendly always assisting with a smile and now i come home to Greece and this is the attitude i get !! This is a letter for Marks and Spencer HR Department toconsider better when employing and definitely think of a better training of your employees!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big variety for all of the tastes. The only place I can find clothes as I am tall and they have the length options and with big sizes for swimsuits and underwear. Very friendly all the people that work there and a beautiful spot. Not easy to park your car.
