★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service always seems slow, but to be fair it does not seem like anyone is slacking cause they are constantly busy and very polite in trying to accomodate the clients. Maybe the procedures are complicated (I dont know why it seems slow). Again today 11 months later, service is slow. But the reason send to be that they have more clients than they can handle. Maybe I come in at peak hours ... Love the sweets :) they remind me of so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M&S need more salespeople in all their outlets. They also need automatic item locators like Zara's. Very behind the times for an international department store. Most of the styles are very dated too.
